Soggy is a Whimpering Yamper (Drizzile father), which is why he looks so sad and droopy. He was found on the side of the road and we think he was abandoned since hes oretty well trained, but has no trainer. Pretty shy, and like his breed name suggests, he whimpers when he's sad or scared. But, he likes being outside in fields and likes to swim in small ponds, bur be careful, since he might release sparks in the water.
