The first step of any trip is travel! We hopped on our super long flight prepared with neck pillows, water bottles, fully charged MP3 players, eye masks, and ear buds!  Always remember to take cute lowlight selfies and just as a heads up, the Reykjavik airport is a cheap liquor heaven.  Side note if you see the photo in the bottom left hand corner... Christi and I spent a solid 20 minutes staring out the window trying to figure out what time of land that was! Where could we be that the landscape looks so alien!? Yeah we finally figured out it was clouds... Awkward.

A year in review with Christi and Carsen. Ironically we have posted very few photos or any advice from our trip. It was extremely exhausting to try to update while abroad and we had little insight at the time but there will be photos soon of all the cool and beautiful things we saw and did and all the lessons we learned along the way.
