Ooooooooh my dear sweet lord this blog is run by a very liberal progressive so please don't paint me as a libertarian or a racist. You must not have ever looked at this blog.
Libertarians are RACIST
I’m not sure if you’ve heard them talk about the NAP. They say it means Non-aggression principle. But they’re lying. It was actually concocted by the former Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan Dr Ron Paul. It’s true meaning is “No African People”
SO NO TO RACISM! SAY NO TO LIBERTARIANISM!

In the same week, Rand Paul praised his sister for having six kids but denounced a hypothetical woman on assistance who has only five.
The contrast lays bare the hypocrisy and prejudice of the anti-choice movement, and shows how conservatives use children as weapons against women.
So don’t worry — Rand Paul is here to micromanage your family size, ladies.

I somehow got on the list of people who were invited to purchase tickets to the inauguration. I guess it is probably because I donated multiple times to Obama's campaign. It wasn't very much money, it probably came to about $15-$20 total, but apparently that's enough to seem invested in his career.
They made it seem like the tickets were going to be given away. I don't know why I even thought that could be a possibility. They sent out a few emails saying that they were first come first serve so I should be sure to sign up to get them as soon as I was sent the link. Then once I was sent the link they mentioned that you could get two tickets maximum and that they were $60 each, with an additional $20 if you wanted to attend the inaugural parade.
Alright, Obama's campaign people. I gave you a max of $20 over the course of an entire year. You think that I'm really going to spend $120 on tickets, buy a roundtrip plane ticket, get a hotel room, and be able to afford that? No. You should have just told me how much it cost before I said yeah sure I want to be on the list for tickets.
Oh well. It would have been really cool to attend the inauguration of a president that I do really like. Maybe one day.

It’s so cute when Ron Paul supporters try to pretend they aren’t racist/sexist/classist!

So, Obama won. Good. Same-sex marriage was passed in three states. Good. Richard Mourdock lost the Senate race in Indiana to Joe Donnelly. Good. Todd Akin lost to a lady. Good. Minnesota voted no on banning same-sex marriage. Good. Oklahoma voted yes on banning affirmative action. Awful.

Unfuck your Election day by getting your ass to the polls. Here's some useful shit for your epic journey on November motherfucking 6, 2012:
Where the fuck is my polling place?
What the fuck does my asshole state want me to bring with me to prove I’m not a zombie voter or some shit? Calm your tits and just choose your asshole state from this fucking list, then click on “Commit and Plan to Vote.” They’ll tell you what shit to bring on your quest.
Who the fuck do I contact if dickshits try to fuck with my voting? Call one of these toll-free hotlines, these badass motherfuckers know their shit and are wise in the ways of giving vote-supressing dickshits the fucking smackdown:  1-866-MYVOTE1 (866-698-6831) 1-866-OUR-VOTE (866-687-8683) 1-888-VE-Y-VOTA (en Español)
Can I get in on that early/absentee voting shit? Fuckin’ how? (Second to fucking last on the menu.)
Sandy just fucked my shit right up, how the dick am I supposed to vote? (Mainly NYC info)
When the fuck do I have to get my ass in line by?
The League of Women Voters are rifuckulously on top of shit, and they’ve got your back as a motherfucking voter, lady or not. Have more questions, such as whether or not you get time off to vote? Then step on over to their nuts-blastingly awesome and user-friendly search tool that lets you look shit up by state and topic.
This list is fucking incomplete—so if you have anything important, how about adding that shit? People out there could fucking use it.
Most importantly, get your ass to the polls and vote, or so help me god I will haunt you in your nightmares.

Do you honestly think that Obama is a good president? I honestly think you get all your information from mainstream news and media. Probably means you are REALLY ignorant as to what is ACTUALLY going on in our american society. Tell me again how the NDAA is a good thing? haha this blog is a fucking Joke, and DR. Paul is a great man. There is a reason why they would not let him speak, because what he has to say is true and real and he is all about the constitution. GARY JOHNSON FOR PRESIDENT.
I love love love getting messages like this. I really do.
The link and information that I just posted are from Obama's campaign so it lists his accomplishments from a liberal standpoint, yes. So the information that I just posted is indeed from the mainstream media.
I do believe that Obama is a good president. I believe that he has good ideals and intentions and that he represents the direction that I want this country to go. I support health care reform, helping people who unable to feed their children, good public education systems, gay marriage, a woman's right to choose whether or not she has an abortion, affirmative action, equal pay for equal work, etc.
The NDAA isn't a good thing, that's true. If I've never said that it's a good thing before it's really hard for me to say it again.
Ron Paul has some alright ideas like ending the Federal Reserve and legalizing marijuana so it can be taxed. I don't agree with his policies concerning immigration and I definitely do not think that drugs like heroin should be legalized, that's ridiculous.
I've found that it is very near impossible to have a civil conversation with a Paulbot, so I'll just tell you that I agree more with Libertarians than I do Republicans but time and time again I am always happier with the policies and ideas that come with the Democratic party and it's candidates so you can say all you want that I am ignorant to the ideas of Ron Paul or Gary Johnson but I know very well how they feel about the things that are important to me and we hardly ever agree.
I support Barack Obama because he is the man that I think will push our American society in the direction that it needs to do.
Thanks for trying.

1. The first bill President Obama signed was the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, to help women fight back when they don't get equal pay for equal work. 2. His Recovery Act supported millions of jobs and helped to stave off a second Great Depression. 3. He pushed for and won middle-class tax cuts that benefitted every American worker, and saved the typical family $3,600 in taxes over the last four years. 4. President Obama rescued the auto industry, and now GM and Chrysler are healthier than they've ever been. The American auto industry has added nearly a quarter of a million jobs since June 2009 -- and they most likely wouldn't exist right now without President Obama's leadership. 5. He doubled funding for Pell Grants, helping to make college more affordable for nearly 10 million families. 6. His student loan reform ended billions in subsidies to banks serving as middlemen and reinvested those savings directly into students. 7. The President established the American Opportunity Tax Credit, worth up to $10,000 over four years of college. 8. His Race to the Top Initiative helped spur nearly every state to raise academic standards. 9. His tax cuts, social-welfare programs, and economic policies lifted nearly 7 million Americans above the federal poverty line in 2010. 10. President Obama has signed 18 tax cuts for small businesses since taking office. 11. We've seen 5.2 million new private-sector jobs over the last 31 months. 12. The unemployment rate is at the lowest level since President Obama took office. 13. Health care reform -- passed after decades of failed attempts by every previous President -- provides affordable health coverage to every American and will lower premiums by an average of $2,000 per family by 2019.

Mitt Romney kept quiet last week when the subject was rape and God’s will. He remained silent the week before when the news was all about Illinois factory workers pleading with him to stop his alma mater Bain Capital from offshoring their jobs. At no time this year did Mitt denounce Republican employers who threatened their workers if President Obama is re-elected or condemn repeated Republican legislative attempts to suppress Democratic votes. Throughout the campaign, Mitt Romney confronted numerous George Washington moments — opportunities to establish an aura of honor. It takes moxie to tell fellow Republicans that voter suppression is un-American. Only a guy with strongly held principles would stand up to the firm he founded and insist they stop the morally bankrupt practice of offshoring jobs from profit-making American factories. At every turn, Romney chose the ignoble path. He kept his mouth shut rather than speak up for what’s right.
