“I didn’t agree to this.” Chat Noir murmured with an irritated expression. He stood with knocked knees while both hands cloaked his crotch, a slight crimson running through his cheeks as Ladybug scanned him from head to toe.

She clapped both her palms together and let out a disappointed sigh, eyeing the frills of his pink skirt that sat right above the knee. 

“This isn’t enough, we—”

“This isn’t enough? This isn't enough!?” His painted lips smacked together as he raised his voice, his fist shaking in disbelief at the captor before him. A stern look crossed her face as her eyebrows furrowed—in exchange, he steadied his trembling paw. “I already have lipstick on, concealer on,” Chat listed in a rushed manner, physically pointing out the various spots he’d been dolled up in. A quiver continued in his tone as he rambled—his claws clutching the fabric frantically. “this—this dress! What are you doing to me!?” 

Without moving a muscle, Ladybug held her gaze on the distressed blonde before edging forward. Her feet met his, almost planted at each other’s necks, and inspected the blushed gown—now stretched and loose, thanks to his commitment of flapping about.

Chat recoiled at the sudden gust of breath against his skin, his body stiffening as her head faintly clashed with his collarbone, leading him to instinctively grip her masked arms, even though the distance between them was non-existent. His left hand found itself wandering to comfort her as he held her in the other, though a muffled voice interrupted his gesture.

“It’s not your fault,” she whispered, the words laced with cracks, as she sluggishly detached herself from Chat Noir. “I made it for someone else and thought you would’ve—well, fit into it.”

“I know that I'm your model, M’Lady.” He spoke softly, warm with solace. 

“You look really stupid right now.”

A lighthearted chuckle emerged from both of them, realising that Chat was still coated in makeup and her material. The laughter dissolved into a look of adoration and serenity, sharing stares as if it were their last—and embraced. 

His built arms wrapped around her figure, pulling her close, and as his grasp tightened; his sized hands delicately housed the back of her head—guiding it to rest against his chest. With a tender exhale, he lowered himself, and pressed a feathery kiss to the crown of her hair—lingering against her for a moment.
