I'm curious. What's the story behind your latest picture, the one with Sokka and Azula in the rowboat?

i liked the idea of a romantic boat ride down a river, but turned on its head in some way, e.g. one of them clearly not enjoying themselves lol. also, sokka strikes me as an "i can fix her" kinda guy (not sure why), so i figured once he saw how the mental asylum treated their patients, he would take it upon himself to alleviate azulas suffering/help along her healing.

(and ofc, being sokka, he doesnt get it quite right on his first few tries)

i actually posted a snippet of "bodyguard" in this post under the "debate" prompt hehehe

as for "hostage", the premise is that azula and sokka are stuck quarantining together despite basically being strangers, and due to a combination of personal and situational factors, their relationship progresses quickly from awkward to heavily romantic to toxic. 👀 not a very happy premise, and probably not something ill draft up anytime soon.

Secondly, although the tag game was supposed to be for writing, do you have any art in the works? Or did you include them in the post?

i do have plenty of art wips!! just didnt include them in the list because. i never name my art drafts. 🥲 no particular reason, just a bad habit.
