A soft smile adorns Hawks's face as he lets Blossom say what they want to say, not wanting to interrupt them with even a wing fidget.

However, when they hand him their gift, the hero actually lets out a soft, awed gasp, as he tentatively takes the drawing Blossom made for him. Taking it in with habitual tilts of his head and even letting his thumb run across its surface.

He'd never been able to admire the things fans gave him at meet-ups, conventions, poll ceremonies ... They usually got piled up somewhere to be "given to him later", but he'd never had a way of staying informed on the items' statuses to make sure all of them got to him safely. Either that, or he simply had no time to actually take the items, forcing them to keep their gifts for him - much to his own guilt. So he handles this new picture with deliberate care, now that no one was hounding his ass.

But when he looks up to thank them, to shake their hand and encourage them, they seem to have already left. Leaving him to gently clutch the drawing.

... He wonders how he's going to get it home unscathed.

so i temporarily banned myself from using the tablet because i have my exams going on but i tried drawing this guy’s hand a few ago while keeping in mind that it was my first time drawing it and the fingers are literally the same size djfjfkkgkg
