I think we as a shifting community centred our attention to much on the fact that everyone can shift and put too little thought into how everyone is different and will shift differently. Also it’s not like something magical like a 123 step method will make you shift, no it won’t. It can be as simple as changing the position you’re shifting in, burning some candles that smell like your dr before or even just drinking some tea that makes you feel like you’re at home. All it takes is you, your thoughts, your emotions. You’re already there. You just have to shift what’s within, because whatever happens within happens without. Let it happen naturally. Stop focusing on your body. And remember, you’re one shift away from home. Remember it’s normal, don’t force it. Just let it happen. Listen to yourself, please.

I created a method that personally works for me amazingly. I recommend this for adhd people/ people with low focus and that are easily distracted. Of course I remind that while doing a method don’t stress about doing everything one by one just relax and go with the flow. Now that that’s out of the way here it is guys.
The Rosemary method
-preferably to prepare for shifting I recommend doing all the things you want to before attempting and also planning your cr tomorrow as good as you can so it won’t distract you and give you thoughts about it
-Breathe deeply: Close your eyes and take slow, deep breaths through your nose. Inhale slowly: Count to four as you inhale, ensuring each count is equal in length. Exhale gradually: Exhale through your mouth or nose, counting to four - maintaining the same duration as the inhalation time, you can also do checks on your body making sure every part of you in soft and relaxed
-forget about everything and envision yourself as just you in a blank place that floor/ceiling are your favourite colour
-slowly tune into your dr imagine the songs that remind you of it in your head and let the environment slowly fade into your mind replacing the blank space
-visualise falling into your dr and the environment next to the place you want to wake up in (almost like flying around it like a free spirit) (try using 5 senses)
-visualise your room as good as you can while having the environment in the back of your mind (try using five senses)
-let your mind wonder with the thoughts of your dr self and fall asleep/take a nap/ open your eyes when you’re ready
