I’m going to continue drawing the manga on my free time and posting all old and new chapters on Tapastic for you to read (if you want to).

Regarding physical volumes, I plan to keep using Lulu and getting it printed in Spanish to sell it at Spanish cons myself. Physical volumes from vol.2 onwards will have some extra chapter not available on Tapastic, but nothing you can’t understand the main story without (it will be characters’ side stories).

A chibi to thank you for the release of the novel. I'm pretty sure her clothes were black or some other color, but I thought it would be too black for this chibi... I also apologize for the blurriness, it was made with a mouse...orz I hope I can do fanarts of the other characters soon. This story needs more love. Even better if it's from a publisher.

Hi! So, um you probably get tons of messages like this, but I really would love to say I really like your story, it's really very interesting, and I can't wait to see what happens next! I really very much like your idea and everything, did you make it all up? Was there some something that inspired that you an idea for the story? Aww, thank you so much, you don't know how much your words mean to me! It makes me happy that you enjoyed it so far, I hope you'll enjoy the rest.I wasn't inspired by anything in particular when I created this story. I was desperate doing a job I absolutely hated for a whole week and a half and I decided to think of a story I could make into a manga to feel better while I worked. Whenever I want to create a story, I think of a word or a concept I might like and I work from there. In this case the word was "queen". At first I thought "queen of hearts" (and the idea that there were heartless people came from this concept), but I thought that was used too frequently, so I changed it to a queen of chess. I can't even remember what the initial story was like, but I had to work on it for months before it was solid and had no plot holes (...that I can think of, I really hope it doesn't have any).I hope to be able to work on the next chapter for the novel soon!

Last night I was thinking about Revenge of the Queen and how much effort I put into the characters and the story only to leave it on hiatus forever.

I clearly cannot draw the manga because it’s not profitable and it takes too long, but I’ve been thinking maybe I could just write it into some kind of amateur novel and add a pic/few pics every chapter…

My English is far from perfect and I’m not a writer, so I don’t think it would be a high quality product. That’s why I think I’d upload it online for free. Translating it into Spanish like I did for the manga is out of question. Even though it’d be easier for me to write it in Spanish (mother tongue, yay), if I only have time to write it in one language it would be English because it’s (almost) universal.

What do you think? (TwT) Should I give it a try on my spare time or you’re not interested if it’s not in manga form?

It's taking me ages because I'm working on several things at once due to the fact I need to earn money ;;; I hope I can finish it before September ends though.
