Kaeya x Gn! Reader.

Warnings: reader referred as “you”, a handsome man, and not proof read so grammar is most likely bad.

note: I was bored so I checked the weather and in some places. I noticed it was snowing! So….

“(Name), come here.” Kaeya called out from your kitchen.

Yesterday, both you and your lover, Kaeya, wanted to go out for a date. Only to realize you two were snowed in! You were disappointed because since Kaeya was always busy with work, and you normally did random things that would keep you busy as well. You were still in bed, never waking up early like Kaeya always did.

As Kaeya called out your name, he realized you were never going to physically get up until he came in there with you.

Sighing with a smile, he walked over to your room.

Like a gentleman, he knocked on your door. “(Name)? Dearest, wake up.” …

“Hello?” His smooth voice wasn’t enough to wake you up from your snores, which made him chuckle. Opening the door anyway, he made way to your bed. He admired you quite a bit. The first time you two met was when you were brave enough to fight along side the traveler to help Devalin in his time of need. He didn’t know you quite well at first, but over time began to fall for even the smallest things you did. Like when you gave him Cecilias every time he was to busy to visit you.(which you did on purpose to guilt trip him)

He caressed your face, smiling to himself as he remembered quite a bit of memories of you two together. Your sleeping face... hair all over the place, all of it was what made him fall for you.

He quickly stood up from the bed, opening your curtains to the outside, the bright white snow did well to light up your room, making you groan as you pulled the blankets to cover your face. This made him chuckle.

“Good morning sleeping beauty.” He tried to pull the covers away from your face, which he was surprised on the amount of strength you had to keep yourself covered.

“Five more minutes.” You protested under the covers, very groggily.

“(Name), you had an hour. Besides, I made you breakfast. Don’t you like pancakes with bacon? Oh, can’t forget the eggs.” He bribed, leaning in close to your covered face, you could feel his cold breath to your ear, which made you shiver.

How could you deny such a handsome man?

“Fine.” You pulled the covers down from your face, sitting up.

A while later, you came downstairs, looking much more awake than you did before.

And the food waiting on the dining table looked delicious. It was whole eggs, but decorated as if it were a pyro slime with bacon bits and pancakes with syrup hearts, This man definitely knew how to make you smile.

“It’s cold today, so I thought I serve you something warm.” He sat you down, placing hot cocoa next to the dish.

Maybe snow days aren’t so bad after all..

He made a promise to never be close to anyone ever again, for the selfish reason to keep his heart safe. But you made that extremely difficult.

It started when he was patrolling around Liyue a couple weeks ago.

He heard a scream coming from his right. He was just walking down a path, mask on and polearm out, a stroll at night.

Obviously, he had to check the area out, to see if everything was alright. He ran as fast as he could, then came to a view of a woman stepping back from a group of hillicurls. She looked like a merchant. What was she doing here as late of night?

One of the hillicurls decided to throw a spear at her while he was deep in thought.

Xiao’s eyes widened, he came to step in, telling you to at least try to dodge the attack, “Hey—” But he was a second to late, as your arm was hit by the spear.

She quickly groaned in pain, as she kneeled, taking deep breaths, the cold night air shaping her breath to be a white puff.

He noticed that she was angry, not scared or fearful. Why weren’t you scared?

“Are you here to help or watch?!” She looked at Xiao with pain in her eyes, along with annoyance. She gripped her bleeding arm. She must’ve ripped out the spear.

He was shocked. No mortal has ever talked to him that way before, especially in a situation like this. He frowned, quickly appearing in front of her.

“To help, you ungrateful mortal.” He looked back at her, glaring. As quick as he appeared, he disappeared. Now above the hillicurls, he fought. It was like a dance, the way he was fighting. So graceful and sufficient.

….

As he knocked the last hillicurl out, he came to face the woman. She was too focused on wrapping bandages on her wound. He now realized she was holding a box full on items, probably for her store. But she was sloppy, and doing it so wrong that he sighed, kneeling right next to her, smacking her hand away from her wound.

“Your doing it wrong, mortal.” He grumbled, unwrapping it, and starting from scratch.

She was shocked at the “scary man’s” actions, until she snapped out from her trance, frowning.

“Hey! I had it right the first time.” The woman tried slapping his hand away, but he had a firm grip on the bandages.

“No you didn’t, you fool. Be greatful I’m even doing this.” Xiao smacked the back of her head, making her wince.

“Ouch!” She used her unhurt arm to rub the back of her head, glaring at him. “Have you ever heard of never raising your hand to a woman? Where are your manners?” She scowled, giving up on telling him to buzz off.

“Where are yours?” Xiao rose an eyebrow, quickly realizing she couldn’t see under his mask, only shaking his head while sighing.

“For you? Long gone.” She huffed.

Currently, Xiao was craving his usual, almond tofu. He went to the Wangshu Inn, seeking food, only to find out that they ran out.

Verr Goldlet told him that there was a new stand set up, having multiple foods and desserts that quickly became famous in Liyue. Not as good as Wanmin Restaurant, but it was pretty close.

So, out of curiosity, and the almond tofu, Xiao decided to seek this stand.

As he stood in front of the stand, he froze. The woman from the other night. She was the chief.

“What can I get for you?” She had the same wound and the bandages that he wrapped for her.

“Sir—?” Was this the right stand? He didn’t know.

“Uhem? Sir?” Oh but he can just smell the almond tofu, it smelt like it was definitely worth it.

“SIR!” She yelled, snapping him out of his thoughts. “What would you like to order?” She said in annoyance.

Xiao blushed in embarrassment, why was he thinking so hard?!

“Almond tofu.” He said, rolling his eyes. Acting like he didn’t just embarrass himself.

“Oh, your creepy guy from the other day.” She made a face of disgust.

“Creepy guy? How so?” Xiao rose an eyebrow.

“You touched my arm!” This made Xiao’s eyes widen.

“You were wounded! I was helping you!”

“Here’s your almond tofu!” She ignored his comment, giving him a box of almond tofu that she made not that long ago. “Now leave!”

Xiao rolled his eyes, vanishing along with the box of almond tofu.

Xiao found out something new. He hated you. He hated the fact that he was interested in the way you act toward him, he hated that he helped you, he hated it.

He also hated the fact that your almond tofu was really good.

note: I honestly didn’t really try, I’m exhausted from a lot of things so I apologize in advance.

“Creator?” Prologue

Warnings: a bit obsessive archons, other than that none that I’m aware of

fandom: genshin x creator! Gn! reader

Note: Honestly did what I could I just began playing genshin so don’t know a couple of things, correct me if I’m wrong.

“Two thousand years ago, after the archon war ended,” the bard began his story, strumming his lyre as a background tune.

..

“My grace!” Barbatos shouted as they nearly tripped over a rock, grabbing their arm before doing so.

As Barbatos was grabbing their arm, they quickly pulled themselves backward to stand up straight, allowing Barbatos to pull his arm away.

“Ah sorry,” they apologized, scratching the back of their neck with a sheepish smile.

Smile was bright just like the flowers they made.

He said that it was okay, then as a beat passed, Radien and Morax came running from behind them like panting dogs.

���M-my grace!” They both were able to breathe out.

If you're wondering, the dearest creator and the three (musketeers) archons were in Mondstadt, the two wiser archons wanted to head back to their nations, but Barbatos and the creator wanted to stay in Mondstadt.

So, as normal people shall, they decided to play tag. Well, at least the creator wanted to.

So, as the creator ran ahead, Barbatos laughing right behind them as the other two attempted to catch up, the creator ended up looking behind to see where the archons were at, not noticing the small rock their foot was catching up on.

… and here we are

“Are you okay? We heard Barbatos yell out,” Morax dusted himself off then fixed his composure.

“Yes we’re okay,” The creator spoke out, a soft smile enhancing their features, making the archons soften.

“Glad to hear, but please do be more careful next time.” Radien said, scolding the creator, as the creator sheepishly smiled with both arms behind their back.

“Yes-yes, but can we please stay in Mondstadt?” Barbatos squeezed in before saying, “It’s safer here for our dearest creator! Better than Liyue or Inazuma.” He finished, crossing his arms looking the other direction with a scoff.

The other two gasped in offense, before starting a (war) argument.

“Well it’s not safe if the weakest archon rules over it!” Raiden crossed her arms looking annoyed at Barbatos.

“Well don’t you look foolish right now because I don’t rule over Mondstadt, in fact no one does. Ever heard of ‘Mondstadt the city of freedom?’ ” Barbatos shot back with a grin.

“I think Liyue is the best option if we are talking about protection. After all, we do have a wide range of guards and people do have a better chance of wanting to protect our creator than to hurt them.” Morax spoke, nodding at his words.

“Well people wanting to protect the creator doesn’t count, since practically everyone in Tevyat wants to protect them, but so do we, so let’s stay in Mondstadt!” Barbatos pouted.

“Now now, let’s not fight, yeah? I’ll stay in Mondstadt for a couple of days before I leave.” The creator spoke up, cutting off the argument.

So kind, like the scarlet foxes to their pups.

“B-but we want you to stay in one of our nations before you go back to Celestia!” Raiden stammered out.

“Hm..” The creator hummed in thought, stroking their chin, as the archons stared at them intently, waiting for an answer.

After a couple of beats, “How about I go to every nation before I leave? After that, Im willing to go to Celestia.” Creator offered with a sheepish shrug.

“Mondstadt first!” Barbatos shot his hand up with a wide grin.

“Fine but only for a couple of nights.” Morax agreed, nodding his head.

..

“And that is how the creator of Tevyat began to go throughout all of the three archon nations before visiting other areas she created, promising to return back to Celestia to rest.” The bard finished, strumming all strings of his lyre.

“Unfortunately, for the archons, they lost them along the way, taming to believe they went back to Celestia, but they hadn’t come back, as they said they would.” The bard ended his story with an eyeless expression because he knew he lied to the crowd about what happened to the creator but the crowd didn’t notice and then clapped, whistling, and cheered at the new story he had shared.

“Is the creator going to come back these days?” A blonde girl asked, looking up from the crowd attempting to meet his gaze but the sun behind him would make her narrow her eyes instead. It was especially hard since the bard was standing on the rim of the fountain.

The bard looked at her for a couple of seconds, as if to find a suitable response. Then, he looked at the sun behind him, watching it set, only letting his smile show, “When the time comes, they will awaken from her sleep and we will see them once again.” He said in a softer tone than before, then met her gaze.

At his response, the crowd cheered at the same time the sun had set, lighting an orange hue over Mondstadt. He continued to look at the girl who had hope enhance her features, finishing with a smile.

What-cha probably want to know about my writing

Hello! I’m somewhat new to tumblr and like to write stuff about,

Genshin Impact (mostly)

and

Anime like Naruto, Demon Slayer, and Hells Paradise. (More to come)

I guess you could say I write angst, fluff, sfw, somewhat good grammar, and stuff that has swearing on it. And I’m not doing nsfw because I tried and honestly sucked. Oh and please recommend things, I get motivation out of it, and I do some things on my own.

Yes I know my writing may be bad once you start to read it, tell me things that I can improve on!
