you have such a beautiful art style its insane!!! idk if anyone asked but how do you choose your colours for the more neon(?) artworks?

when i decide more on the brighter/neon? like colour scheme that i want, i usually first choose what contrast i want to go with. that usually pops the colours more (example: using dark blue and yellow going on green). i sometimes like to play with dark light contrast but it’s not necessary. next i just try to go with the most saturated version of certain colours i choose. sometimes adding less saturated colours can make the saturated ones look better, it all depends. after i’ve coloured i usually try out some colour correction to see if i like other combinations more.
saturation tool really is my favourite most of the time 👾
#i hope that response makes sense#i can’t explain it well but when i have colour wheel i just try out a few combinations#i’ve really liked using that bright yellow with a hint of green#unconventional colour schemes are so fun#it’s all about that contrast
