4/90 today I’m feeling way better than yesterday!!! I really think I was lacking my iron. I am a gastric bypass patient and I tried to go without the vitamin to see if I could for a bit and not a good idea. Other than that I’m on my game people!!!! Late but it did happen. Yesterday I did not feel good one bit. I swore I was coming down with something. But I still got a work out in. So Ive has a bit of an overwhelming weekend/last few days and didn’t get to start my new challenge when I wanted. All set aside my class is done, I ended with a B not what I wanted but it could have been worse... my sons birthday party was a success and his birthday today was relaxing and I have the energy to say I think I can finally get back into the swing of school/life/work/working out/momma/ non stop again!
