Good Luck, Birds Chapter 2

"Have you seen this beacon of righteousness." It was an attempt at a likeness, that if it would have come from a child, Glinda would have been endlessly endeared to. She nodded nonetheless.

The Swan relented, her little head inspected Willows gloved hands with great scrutiny. Willow wanted to die, she slipped off her dirty gloves and tucked them into her coat pocket. Her dusty coat came off next, she tucked that in to the back of her belt.

She even nudged the woman when they reached the third floor. But those eyes of her's, were filled with so much youthful pride. Glinda only rolled her eyes and took the opportunity to rest her weary paddle feet. Webbed feet weren't meant for marble floors.

Sprawled out on the staircase heaving and gasping, Willow let loose a few tears. Her muscles exploded with searing pain, her chest hurt, and she could see sparks that were behind her eyeballs.The Swan pulled off her hat, letting cooling air reach her sweaty forehead. A minor relief, but relief nonetheless.

Good Luck, Birds Chapter 1

The Witch was above the emerald city, like a dark omen, she was above the wizards tower like a vengeful goddess.

FLASH, KA-KOOM!! FLASH, KRAA-KOOM!!

Up on one of the tallest towers, a sorceress teared bolt after bolt from the sky on to the Wicked Witches head, only to watch them dissipate against her viridian dome of protection. Howling winds stole away the curses that a haggard Madam Morrible belted to the skies.

The steeds of light and darkness pulling Elphaba's chariot are amorphous, I also imagine creatures of the wild pulling her chariot across the sky.

And than crashing your sweet new ride into Madame Morrible.
