Despite being insanely busy lately, I've been feeling energized and just generally great... I think I may owe it to my recently-adopted (mostly) plant-based nutrition. How Halloween is this run?! The trail I was on just happened to go alongside this burial site, which had graves dating all the way back to the 1600's. Interestingly, stumbling upon this was pretty appropriate; I've been reading a lot about the soul the past couple weeks. In the midst of all my reading, coincidentally, I was invited last minute to hear Dr. Brian Weiss speak (google him and you'll understand the relevancy). A few days later, a family member passed away, only causing my meditation on the subject to delve deeper. The day of the wake, here I was, feeling my most-alive while among the lifeless. Sometimes I feel like life is just yelling at me to live, learn and grow. ✨
