It’s wild how much can change in a year. I held on to confusion and hurt for a long time, trying to make sense of something that just ended without explanation. But with time, I’ve found so much peace and clarity. Letting go wasn’t easy, but it made space for me to grow, heal, and feel more like myself again.
I’m still not where I want to be, but I’m trying and I’m going to keep pushing until I get there. Growing is apart of the process and if I wouldn’t have lost that piece of me a year ago I wouldn’t be making the progress I have.
