okay but let me explain my theory about smym ending. my friends didn’t want to listen to it so i decided to start using tumblr again. (english isn’t my first language so i can make mistakes)

in 7th ep dr kan said to tew that he likes blue orchids because they mean forgiveness/mercy and in 8th ep after their night talk tew really believed kan 100000% and then he brought new orchid bouquet as symbol of their reborn relationships. day or two after when doctor kan started acting suspicious tew noticed that bouquet started fading and took one of flowers. after tew knowing the truth about kan euthanising people and tew’s mother they cried and etc. kan agreed to say the truth because of love to tew. and the final scene where kan’s hands were in handcuffs, tew said that he loves kan and gave him faded flower as the symbol of forgiveness. tew got why kan performed euthanasia and even forgave him but tew is also a policeman who respect law and system.
