I've never even participated in a Zine before, let alone so much as thought about starting one and/or running one myself

But should I...? Should I try to organise one? Or run an interest check for a hypothetical Zine...?

Because... 👀 Because I want a SatanxSolomon Zine to exist so badly. But if I don't do it, who will?

I don't remember ever seeing fan zines dedicated to either Satan or Solomon (I've seen Mammon zines, Lucifer zines, Diavolo zines, etc. But never a Satan zine or a Solomon zine) so there's a lot of temptation to try get the ball rolling on dedicated zines for either of them

Like?? The fan art and fanfiction all revolving around SoloTan?? I would die 😭

I'm 100% open to suggestions and advice, especially from anyone who has worked on zines before. I would actually want to work on making this happen if there was any interest in it?

This is my first time posting so it may not be the best or as good I just had this in my head for sometime and wanted to share my thoughts so feel free to comment on it if you want (also it's a little angst I think?? Not sure)

Tbh I don't see why solomon isn't human anymore like- yeah he is OLD and a little weird and his food sucks but- the rest of the cast isn't any better are they?? I mean the ALL have their quirks the demon bros sometimes don't even ACT like how a demon should mammon has even done good deeds and sometimes the demon bros can be said to have human characteristics or even acts like humans which is not something a demon should do another example is simeon who is supposed to be an angel can also be said he doesn't act like how an angel should and luke has even pointed it out yet it doesnt make him any less of an angel the way it doesnt make the demon bros any less demons so I don't see why it's any different for solomon mortal or immortal you can see how human he is by how he acts, by the way he still after hundreds of years loves humans even though we aren't really the best- besides that humans can be both good and bad right?? We can do both demonic and angelic acts and the fact that he doesn't die or is way stronger than the average person may blur the line sometimes but that doesn't make him any less human

Hello, I saw your post asking for art prompts/ideas? I don't know if you're still looking for HCs, but I have one for you just in case ☆

Satan and Solomon have regular, weekly study sessions. Sometimes it's in the library at the HoL, or it's in Solomon's room at Purgatory Hall, or sometimes it's at a café downtown because Satan knows the owner and they get complimentary coffee. These study sessions happen at LEAST once a week, because they're the only time that Satan feels like he can get actual work done (without the constant chaos of his brothers always disturbing him) and he feels like he can actually have an intelligent conversation, because Solomon is one of the very few people who's actually on Satan's level.

I just love that those two are actually good friends? And that there's a mutual respect there? Like, nerdy catboy solidarity lmao

OMG OKAY HI i loved this so much i actually sketched this right after i saw it and ive been sitting on this sketch ever since, but the lineart was not linearting for the longest time BUT HERE WE ARE AT LAST <33 this is such a lovely headcanon thank you so much for sharing it!!!

satan solo friendship is such a fun concept, no idea why i hadnt considered it before it's funny to imagine satan initially befriending solomon to spite lucifer but realising how well they both get along. im sure satan still tries to piss lucifer off by making a big deal out of hanging out with the shady sorcerer he so despises, but they totally make a habit of meeting up to study or have lengthy conversations about who knows what

also i know putting Satan in a cat cafe is overdone as hell (ha) but sometimes things are overdone for a good reason :)

I find it so painfully heartbreaking that Solomon just...laughs off all the derision, the name-calling, and possibly even did "evil" things on purpose because it's expected of him at this point. (He had not always been like this as Thirteen pointed out before). There was a time when he was "innocent". When his soul sparkled. When it resembled the kind of soul everyone in these god forsaken (pun intended with spite) three realms seemed to associate with the ever loved MC. He's just...worryingly carefree. And because he's like that, he feels even more of a tragic character to me.

Sometimes it even seems that he himself would seemingly make up excuses on why he's hated. Oh, it's because I'm a sorcerer this. I might have won a war against Devildom single-handedly this. I have forgotten. But maybe, I did something bad, that. Hon, you were doing that to SURVIVE. You don't have to be a faultless person to deserve compassion. You don't have to be MC to deserve to be loved.
