A Coffee shop wasn't his usual scene. Then again, neither was this part of town-- so upscale. Many people...and many opportunities to hurt them for anyone (or anything) that had ill intentions. He had tracked such a creature here, but had lost it's trail. A shapechanger, it had been. Bonafide pain in the ass.

Sven is so deep in his head and his problems he doesn't notice Lee come over right away. The movement finally stirs him at the last and he looks up.

" Oh-- thanks." He looks outside. When had the sky gotten so dark? " I don't mean to linger just...working through some stuff."

the daily rush was over, different customers had come and gone throughout rush, but only one of them had stayed. it's hard to pinpoint exactly how long the stranger had been sitting there, he remembers making the drink, but with the other people in line, he guesses he never saw him leave. without thinking much of it, he's making a second cup of coffee, walking over, and setting it down in front of the stranger. “ here, looks like you could use another cup. ” / @sainthund ( sc. )
