If you want more calories you need to move more, in the same way that if you want more money in your budget you have to earn more. Just like a budget takes a bit of time getting used to and sticking to, tracking your calories is exactly the same.

I like to cook quick and preferably vegetables which won’t take up my whole day and every night before I go to sleep I already plan what to cook tomorrow, in this way I am able to manage our office work done on time.

The Pamir e Tang trail is a rugged route taken between Shimshal village and the the summer settlements of Shuwert and Shuizherav in the Shimshal Pamir. The trail frequently climbs high then drops low, remaining too trecherous for yak to be taken via.
