What the everlasting FUCK are these weapons??? Where the Hell did Helmeppo get this contraption? Ah yes I feel incredibly threatened by these water guns. *Points finger* I'm going to put you in a nice dungeon. So THEY can't have weapons, but Zoro, sorry ZOLO, gets his swords? Ok.

Good god these voices. Buggy is cursed. Sanji is cursed. How are we supposed to unpack all his trauma if he's high/has a stuffy nose? And then of course Kuina sounding like a 30 year old woman.

And the PLOT HOLES. JUDAS FUCK THESE PLOT HOLES. Kuina is perpetually in the hospital. Bellemere's alive. And miraculously, Zolo/Zoro is the only one with real weapons. Awesome.

I always see people talking about Robin being whitewashed after the timeskip but no one talks about Zoro, Usopp, and Law so I went into ibispaint and color selected skin colors from pre and post timeskip

Zoro, Usopp, and Law were whitewashed SO BADLY. I feel like people don’t realize just how dark Zoro was so for comparison here is his original skin color next to king someone who is canonically referred to as being brown.

Zoro is literally darker than king 💀💀💀💀 anyway the point I’m getting at is Zoro got done hella dirty by the timeskip.

kinda tempted to draw the straw hats + maybe some other one piece characters in traditional clothing of the real world countries they would be from (as confirmed by Oda)

but like, i'd want to include Vivi in that and she's not confirmed to be egyptian, but like, we all agree that she's egyptian, right?

also, i'm canadian (like Chopper), but i'm also white, so i ask to my fellow canadians. do y'all think Chopper should be in traditional clothing of native/indigenous tribes (if so, what tribe?) or no?

the One Piece live action really missed out on the chance to have an easter egg of Robin's wanted poster

and before y'all say "but Sammy, they hadn't casted her adult actress, never mind her child actress yet", true, but they had wanted posters for Jango, who didn't even appear in Syrup Village, Foxy, who appears a lot later, and Cavendish who doesn't appear until after the timeskip

Disputes are a Mora a dozen in Fontaine, day in and day out.

Anyway, I don’t just bring this up when I talk about Twilight, but I do bring it up every time I talk about Twilight:

Reminder that the Quileute tribe, whose sacred stories made author Stephanie Meyer a multi-millionaire, never received any money from the enormous success of the Twilight books or films.

Their entire community is located in a Tsunami disaster zone, in a region where a world-changing earthquake and tsunami are expected to hit perhaps within our lifetimes.

They should be set for life financially based on the use of their stories in Twilight. Instead, they have to publicly raise funds to move to higher ground and have been raising the same funds for years.

Anyone is encouraged to donate, but if you have personally purchased a physical or digital copy of any Twilight media or Twilight merchandise, I recommend matching the purchase with an equal donation to the Quileute People.

Recently, they successfully moved their school to higher ground! It was a major accomplishment to ensure Quileute children can learn in a safe environment! But there is still much to be done .

Statement from the Tribe (link to the source):

“Living in a tsunami zone at the edge of the Pacific Ocean, a catastrophic earthquake can wipe out our community in less than 10 minutes – an entire generation of the Quileute people will cease to exist.”

You can even set up a monthly donation. I don’t have much, but I’ve had a small monthly donation coming out of my PayPal for a few years now.

Many people don’t realize that the tribe didn’t profit off of Twilight, so I mention it whenever I bring up the series!
