i like the phrases "it's not for me," "it's not my thing," and "i'm not the target audience" because they're the most concise way to express "this thing that you enjoy has merits but idgaf about it" without being aggressive

So in 2018, I was a terrified teenager trying to control how my creations would be perceived, since i constantly saw fandoms do stuff that felt gross and disrespectful to the creator. Thus I made up rules that would somehow circumvent that. And i would delete the post a day later because i realized that it would be interpreted as me telling people what to do with their art and not. A stupid but obvious cope with said fear.

I still have that fear, a little. I think every creative can be doubtful if their work will be received the way they want, by the people they want. But ultimately you gotta do you when you make something. And as long as you do your due diligence, explore not just your perspective but what art in general has to offer, you shouldn't let that fear hold you back from making what you want.

Hey, I've just read/played through Chroma Synth.

This was a really cool and interesting game. I like how it flows slower than most other storys in the genre. It creates a really fascinating atomsphere and gives the characters a lot more depth. The way the story is presented and all the secrets on the site make this story a lot more mysterious and interesting.

Anyway, I liked Chroma Synth a lot and wanted to let you know
