Went to the bookstore today and bought A Dark and Drowning Tide by Allison Saft. No idea when I'll read it, but the cashier gave me a cute little pride flag bookmark, so I'm happy with my decision. (I say, desperately avoiding looking at the five unread books on my nightstand.) 🔖🏳️‍🌈❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

I wish they had that option. This is the reason why I love ebooks: no one can see what you're reading when you're out and about or in case you're around homophobic people. Unfortunately, that's not an option for everyone, so I agree that it would be wonderful to have more discreet covers.

Man, every queer book that releases should have the option of a more discrete cover - especially graphic novels because they typically have pictures of the characters being romantic in some way on the front.

I’m tired of hearing about my friends being unable to get the books they want because they live with someone homophobic who would “investigate” their books if they looked a certain way
