hey! Got a quick question— where does “I care” takes place?? Cuz in the comic they use their original outfits (from season 1 to 2) BUT Karai appears as a ghost, meaning that she’s dead. And Raph is still the leader of the team in this comic. . .

so— yeah. . .kinda confused and would like some answers cuz I love your comics and stories, so I wanna be more informed

The story takes place after season 2. (Because karai is there for one thing.) But before the movie as well.

I liked the idea that Leo didn't take the roll as leader right away. So he'd be more like a leader in training.

And to be honest, I wanted to draw them in their original outfits because they had more colour. :)

It took me a second to understand what you meant, but I think I get what your saying. The story is mostly focused on the difficult relationship between the two brothers. they've had there squabbles in the past, but I wanted to make a story where they actually show empathy and love to their dear brother.

I wanted a story that really laid on the brotherly love!

I noticed that Donnie has an actual eye color while the others have their eyes mostly black, why is that? Is there a story related reason as to why Donnie is the only one with his eyes fully colored?

The reason to why I coloured Donnies eyes was to show that they were more faded. As you can see, I never added white bubbles in his eyes either. Mostly it's an aesthetic I decided for when someone is sick or very tired.

Woah! An Original Character I created for Rottmnt??? Nooowayyyyy!!

Her name is Bog. (for now.) She was to be one of Baron Draxums experiments, to be mutated into a warrior like the other 4. But sense she was a female, Baron Draxum did not think she would ever be strong enough to be a warrior, even potentially after mutation. So he left the little turtle for other experiments. But when the lab exploded some of the ooz landed on Bog, mutating her into a child-like creature. She has lived alone and scavenged for 14 years.
