OTHER THINGS I DO TO AVOID FOOD.
Shower , a whole girl shower .. exfoliate, shave your body hair, use really good smelling creams (during and after)
put castor oil and keratin ingredients in your hair for growth and moisture.
go for a walk.
lift dumbbells
yoga , Pilates , stretching
blogging.
cleaning , deep cleaning
gardening
journaling
cigarettes and cofffee / vape
try on clothes that used to not fit , I’ve clothes that fall off me from a couple months ago.
research science about the body instead of just copying
don’t tell how you did it , give tips but make sure you keep your stuff private.
AVOID THE FRIDGE. imagine food moldy. Put dish water on it.
if you’re gonna binge look up how many cals you’re about to waste all your hard work on.
mirror work,makeup,self care in general
make outfits
PLAN EVERY CALORIE
Make your own coffee and smoothies.

learn an instrument
learn a language
read to improve your intelligence
walk your dog
make stuff like baked goods (if you won’t binge) or sew clothes to sell
design or drawl digital stuff or on paper or adventurous writing
go to the gym
go to a diff city by public transport (get as much steps too tho you could build up to 15k steps in a few hours walking in a town city etc and it will make you tired so you’re not starving you wana sleep.
freeze ice with some colourings or really low cal dilute juice and suck them for like 3 cals or less
organise your wardrobe (sell clothes that don’t fit (are too big ) since if you get bigger you technically won’t have clothes and it will make you so happy fitting into smaller sizes every month or so (I’ve tried this and it gives SUCH a confidence lift!! )
wear the skirt if you don’t wanna show flesh wear tights, you’ll learn to love your legs and of course get them sk!nnY as possible !
go in a trip to a forest etc (be safe ) you’ll be in nature, incline walking uphill etc, 3xercsing snd choice to bring g your own suited picnic to your own calorie limit do not fall for the 500 k4l cake in the shop that’s overpriced coz you’re in a walking area, don’t fall for it.
go camping (once again you’ll only have access to the food you bring so you’re more in control and won’t be near your fridge while you’re camping outside , win win ? I think so . Doing this myself tomorrow !
Paint and design your finger and toe nails, grow your finger nails , paint them with strengthening polishes that are clear and won’t ruin your polish. Do your own nails save €45
binge a series , if you’re that type of person .
scroll tumblr and make new m00ts , fix your profile , browse Pinterest too. Some PC sites like Reddit piss me off.
plan your shopping list (so you aren’t impulse buying or overspending or getting Hig kcal food you will regret buying, we always do.
plan a present for yourself when you hit each new gw , make it a present you want and deserve and no don’t reward with food, food is to be enjoyed and eaten until satisfied ..not overate and fattening yourself up. Yes I’m aware of the starving children but we can’t help it and yes I hate wasting food but we literally have a disorder FOOD RELATED .. anyways more tips whenever I am bothered
