I’ve been focusing my music since the school break but I’m currently working on this manga drawing I did. Haven’t messed with manga in a while. I felt it was a way to learn about screentones because I was gonna use em in some projects. It could be a cover for one of my next tapes, who knows. Who’d wanna listen to a rap tape with this cover. Lol

I gave my gf a print of this portrait for her birthday. I said she can get the original when we hang it over our kitchen sink. It's a statement about the concept of African-American female hair and all of the judgment society puts upon it no matter what one does with the hair. I plan to let my gf name it though.

Some of you may know that I have a separate blog for my rapping. I always make my own covers for my albums and logos. The next full length I do is gonna be called Man v. Society v. Self v. Kitchen Sink. I decided to use these pictures here to illustrate one who bars his senses from the outside world because he feels the entire world is against him. I'll probably polish the image up more later.

For my next piece, I'm gonna experiment a bit with stripes. The assignment my professor gave me for this project was to draw something undergoing a metamorphosis. Well I guess the canvas itself can go through a metamorphosis too, huh.

I'm working (painstakingly) on my acrylic skills. This is gonna be a present for my gf. I'm confident she doesn't follow this blog, so I should be fine leaving this here. It's a work in progress anyway. No title yet~
