Dear, I apologize for bothering you and I feel shy to ask for help, but what drives me to ask is my sense of motherhood and my sense of responsibility towards my three daughters. I am a mother from Gaza who lost everything, my home and my job. I do not want to lose my daughters. I hope that you will donate to me to buy food, clean water and medicine for my daughters. did you know i designed 50 new characters last year (2024)? yes, it’s true! here is some self-indulgent information provided below, because i like data and rambling:

- I actually “obtained” 58 new characters, but 7 of them were NOT designed by me, and 1 was an old adoptable i made several years ago, and got back in a trade! So 50 of them are brand new and original by me.

- Some of them have been redesigned since they were originally completed, which is why some of the art towards the top looks newer than those around it. Some of them (like column 1, row 2) are STILL being redesigned. I don’t think I will ever be satisfied with his design. Similarly, some of these designs have been “in the works” for QUITE some time (such as column 1, row 8 and column 5, row 9), but i consider the moment they get some kind of color ref, get a name, and get posted to toyhouse as their moment of “creation”.

- 2 of these are redesigns of older ocs of mine! They are similar enough to be considered the same character, but distinct enough to be new versions of that character. For example, Column 5 row 4 was a character i had in middle school, but gave her new life. Similar case with column 2, row 9.

column3 row 5 was a doodle i made and never posted some time in 2020 or 2021. Column 3 row 4 was an unsold adoptable, I’m not sure i ever posted him, either. Since these two weren't originally intended to be ocs, and then were redesigned and properly made into ocs, I consider them new characters.

I recognize that my qualifications for what makes something a “brand new character” are sometimes inconsistent, haha. It just makes sense in my head.

- 33 of these are anthros, the remaining 17 are humanoid. Of the 17 humanoids, 6 of those are actually human.

- 3 of these belong to a closed species: 2 dainties and 1 mignyan

- 2 are named after food, 1 is named after a flower, 5 are named after animals. 33 are in some way named after music (songs, bands, lyrics, albums, or musicians).

- 9 belong to the P⭐️Fighters joint for-fun project between my friends and i. 19 belong to my Capsule Nexus universe. 2 of them belong to my loose story concept called Thanatophobia. 4 belong to another loose story concept known as Jigoku Hospital. 3 belong to an unnamed world idea i have involving alien elf humanoids. 3 are closed species, as mentioned above. 10 are just their own thing. Those numbers are subject to change, because i move around ideas a lot.

- 3 of these are related (in the familial sense) to other characters of mine. 2 additional characters are related to another character in this lineup (they’re twins).

- the most commonly used first initial is T (with 5 uses), followed by A, M, D, and L (all with 4 uses). P, E, and C had 3. B, R, J, and G had 2. I, Q, H, Z, K, and S all had 1 use.

- 1 characters name begins with a number.
