Hi there! Its been a while since Ive requested anything and boy have I missed it :’D I hope youre doing well, youre easily one of my favorite writers 🫶

Now, I have a few ideas so Im gonna list them here if youd like to write anything!

• Time traveller reader x Jack. Basically reader comes from the future and hangs out with Jack, using weird modern language according to Jack at least.

• The reader just ABSOLUTELY smothering Jack in love so that hes quite literally putty in their arms and all emotional etc etc you know it. I adore soft Jack ❤️

• Theres been a lot of stories about reader being sick and one of the characters taking care of em, but how about a twist where the characters are sick and reader has to take care for them instead?

Pirate at heart

The Request:

Hi. I really like your works and was wondering if you could do one with Will turner x reader where she’s a pirate, and she saves Elizabeth from drowning in the first movie. There also best friends with Jack, and will didn’t know there a pirate.

Despite of your friendship with Will Turner being tighter than ever, you still took the same route and followed your friend, Jack Sparrow to what the seas had to offer.

In the beginning, others would find it hard to believe you were a pirate, it would make it a little difficult for them to have that process in their minds until you mention of your pirate friend Jack Sparrow, that gives them more of a clear view on who you really are at heart. But unlike Jack Sparrow, you are more likable and are adored by many. Over your travels at sea, you had more friends than you did enemies and if you’re able, it was almost easy for you to make those enemies into friends.

Aside from that, there had been countless times where you have gotten Jack out of trouble. On a rather sunny day, you were having a conversation with Jack about the destination you both intended on going while arguing about the fact that of bringing Will Turner on this next great adventure when a commotion from behind you rises. It begins when a splash is heard and is followed by the sound of the people around crying out that a young lady had just fallen into the waters below and someone had to save her before something happens to a bad situation much worse. Although Jack was prepared to go in and save the lady who had just fallen, you got to it before he he could, jumping off into the waters and following the young lady before the strong and unforgiving current drags her further away. Right as you made that jump, you hear Jack calling out for you and Will Turner as he had watched not far from where you stood.

Both Will Turner and Jack Sparrow released a breath of relief none of which knew they were holding while watching everything unfold before them and as you got Elizabeth safely out of the waters. Not long after Elizabeth seemed to be just fine, the two of you begin talking and become quick friends. Throughout one of your chatting sessions, you mention how you travel the seas with best friend, Jack Sparrow and what life was like between you and Will Turner. Elizabeth was quite surprised to learn that you were a pirate, but that didn’t do any damage to your new friendship. Will Turner had a feeling of you becoming a pirate as it was one of the worst things you could do in your hometown, it could mean leading you to the penalty of death, sentenced to hanged.

Let’s just say that by the end of the day, Will Turner realizes he has more questions than ever before, and is prepared to go through them with you, weather you wanted to or not, it was going to happen. As well as it did. Of course you were honest about everything, you made sure of it. That conversation brought you both closer than unexpected.

But that was a good thing as it only felt right.

Jack Sparrow had been a lifetime friend of yours and to this day, you both remain together and inseparable.

It was easy for you to agree and come along with him when he had become captain of the Black Pearl. Throughout your journey together, you continuously save each other from what would have been certain death, you’ve done it so much that it started becoming difficult to keep track of the number of times and settle the score.

On your adventures, Jack had always been protective of you as you have been protective of him in just about the same amount. Everyone that knew you both best often liked to say that you and Jack needed each other in order to survive, which of course is entirely untrue. If it ever comes to a point down the road where you would both for any reason, had to drift apart, the truth was that you would both do just as fine solo. However, you drifted apart after an unexpected ambush from pirates no one in the world would want to meet or have a chance encounter with somehow. During that ambush, things had gone from zero to one hundred in a blink of an eye and you got badly hurt in the process. There was no stopping Jack Sparrow from blaming himself of your current condition, it didn’t matter how many times you tried to reassure him it wasn’t his fault.

How it wasn’t your fault either, as you were both innocent in all of this. But Jack saw it as only too close of a call in nearly losing you and took it upon himself that you would be safer if he took you home. Against your protests, pleas, and wishes, he went through with it, seemingly not listen to you at all in the slightest. A few years had gone by since than and you were still upset at Jack Sparrow for basically abandoning you, so you set out to find him, to continue your adventures together. Knowing you would want to mention an important turn of event in your speech, you wrote them down as you rowed your way across the ocean’s waters. The waters can turn deadly at any given moment, but you were so determined to find your friend that you stopped at nothing to continue. Later on, you would learn that Jack Sparrow had been keeping a huge secret from you when you thought you had known everything.

Right now, Jack was keeping out of sight of Davy Jones, the most feared man roaming the seas on that of the Flying Dutchman. Part of that secret was of having no knowledge of Jack Sparrow striking a deal with Davy Jones in order to become captain of the Black Pearl. Jack could be really foolish at times and this scenario takes the cake on that statement of him being a fool. Through Jack Sparrow, you knew Barbossa and Barbossa is the man you had witnessed to be dead after that bundle between Jack and himself. It was quite a surprise to learn that Calypso had resurrected him and brought him back from the dead shortly after encountering him and Elizabeth Swann. They both go onto inform you of their mission to rescue Jack Sparrow from the locker, and you agreed to go along. The whole rescue mission was a thrill, making you miss the adventures shared together more and more.

You were growing anxious and excited the closer you got to seeing Jack again after these few years had gone by. Your purpose in this was hoping to rekindle whatever may be left of your friendship. When you arrived, you watch along with everyone in line as Jack Sparrow makes his appearance trying to pull a ship behind him. Getting a closer look, you could tell he was for at the time, in a delusional like state, his true self not present. Although you knew you had him back, you couldn’t help but feel worried of your friend’s well-being. Elizabeth must have notice it in your demeanor as she whispers something to you.

“Don’t worry, he’ll be okay. The delusional state he’s in won’t last.”

Before you could respond, Jack Sparrow stumbles over with a look of utter betrayal on his face before speaking out.

“Keeping secrets are we?”

Jack looks at Elizabeth, than to you. When he does, you see a change in him almost instantly the second you lock eyes. Jack was still in there, that was just it.

He seemed to snap out of whatever it was causing him to live in a delusion world of his own.

“(Y/n)? Is that really you?” Jack asks, noticeably in disbelief.

You nod as if to say “Yes.”

“What are you doing here?”

“Same reason as the rest of us here, Jack Sparrow. I’m here to rescue you.”

That response seemed to have snapped him out it fully, no longer living in the delusional world.

“Rescue me?”

You nod again.

“How many times is that now?”

“Too many to count.”

You shrug, needless to say, the rescue mission was a complete success.

You have never felt so proud.

The Request:

Can i request Barbossa x fem reader who is Elizabeth's sister. Reader ran away with Black Pearl one day and Elizabeth thought that her sister is dead but when Jack, Will and Elizabeth found themselves on Black Pearl they met reader who is Barbossa's wife who is currently pregnant (if you are uncomfortable delete pregnant part)

Believe it or not, Barbossa does have a soft side to him that he allows to show only when you’re alone together.

Though he is nicer to you when it comes to dealing with the difficult crew mates of the Black Pearl and that’s what led them to suspect there is something personal going on between you and Barbossa. Needless to say, they were absolutely right about that, but you managed to hide it up until your sister, Elizabeth Swann, found you again shortly after running away on the Black Pearl with Barbossa, as the two of you had fallen in love.

You knew your family wouldn’t approve the relationship and feelings, so you had chosen to run away without even Elizabeth, who you were the closest to in your family, know the reason for your unexpected disappearance. Both you and Elizabeth never expected to see each other again, that is until she reunited with you along with Jack Sparrow and Will Turner during the curse of the Pearl. At this time, it didn’t take Elizabeth to figure out that something about you was new, and even less time did she realize you were pregnant. What she still doesn’t know yet is the fact while on the run, you agreed to marry Barbossa and now you were a wife, soon to be mother. Once you had nervously informed Barbossa of your pregnancy, you were surprised to say the least. He was excited right on to be a new dad to your child, and ever since finding out, he had become very strict and stern with you on what you could and couldn’t do in fear of it negatively harming not just you, but possibly your unborn child.

“Stay here, don’t go anywhere.” Barbossa demands.

You nod while watching him enter some kind of cave, and after deciding that you have had enough of being cooped up onboard all the time, you made the daring move to follow him in the shadows and take a quick look before you would head back on the ship on time before no one notices your brief absence.

However, what was unfolding before you drug your attention away from following the plans to avoid getting caught. As you follow him, you see that Jack Sparrow, Will Turner, and Elizabeth Swann, your sister, was there trying to win the battle with Barbossa. Elizabeth had hold of the medallion that was the tool curse of the Black Pearl. At this point in time of your pregnancy, you were a couple weeks away for the due date of your first child. The minute you had found out about being pregnant, you had gone into mother mode and did all you could do to make sure Barbossa is there, and is unharmed at all times. You sometimes let your mind wonder to worst case scenarios, and one of them would be of Barbossa not being there for the delivery of your child because of some freak accident or for some other reason. Every day, you made sure that man stood alive, making sure your child would have a father figure in his/her life.

As you watched from the shadows, you grew anxious when you see Barbossa slowly, mockingly, stir the gun in hand until it was pointed at your older sister, Elizabeth. No wonder he left you behind on this adventure, he’d been plotting to wipe Elizabeth off the face of the earth. Or that’s what you thought at least, he had it pointed towards her for being unwilling to hand over the cursed medallion. Seeing as Barbossa was close on getting to the point of pulling the trigger, that’s where you lost your shit. Anyone who messes with your beloved sister, they would be messing with you as well. They would feel your wrath without a second thought, your wrath which was a literal stab to the heart. You knew where the most vital places were and that made it easy for you in case you had no choice.

Before Barbossa could do anything, you pulled him back just when the gun went off. Luckily, no one was hit or injured. But with you, you knew something was suddenly wrong, it was very unpleasant and you couldn’t focus on Barbossa scolding you. It took him a moment to notice something was up after seeing the look of pain on your face, he was right by your side in seconds. He wasn’t alone, he was followed by Elizabeth, Jack, and Will as they tried to understand what was going on. You were clutching your stomach as if in severe pain, and Barbossa worried for a moment there that it was you who had been hit with a bullet from the same gun he had in hand. It was all honestly just the commotion of yelling, shouting cries for help, and a single gun shot that changed everything in that moment. Now you were laying on your side, curled in a ball and grunting in pain, trying to will it all away but it was no use. It wasn’t easing up, it only changed for the worst and that’s when you understood what was happening.

Elizabeth was holding your hand for comfort as you explain what you believed to be happening on the spot.

“I think our baby is coming sooner than predicted.” you say, turning towards Barbossa with a pained expression.

“Your baby?” Elizabeth questions with a raised eyebrow.

You gulped, knowing you would now have to break the news of the marriage and pregnancy to your older sister.

“Um… yeah.”

“What’s that supposed to mean?”

“Well, you see after I first took off with the Pearl, sometime has past before Barbossa and I had fallen for each other and decided to get married. We’re married now you see, and now we’re counting down to when our first child comes out to the world.”

There was nothing but silence, Elizabeth was surprised as she has never had been before this moment.

“So what you’re saying is… I’m about to become an aunt?”

“For that right.” you say, clutching your stomach again son pain.

“I think it’s coming right now!”

You would be lying to have said there was nothing scary about this, because you were scared of giving birth the first time.

Everyone’s company truly has helped as you were going through giving birth. Barbossa was holding your hand, letting you squeeze it as much as you needed. Which you did of course. He held one hand while Elizabeth held the other for a source of comfort while going through this. Seeing you going through this impacted her unexpectedly more than she bargained for. Just as Barbossa was doing, Elizabeth followed and did the same in talking you through this, even Jack and Will were doing the same. Even with Jack Sparrow knowing you may be one of those who loathed him, that doesn’t mean he didn’t care, because he did and stuck around for it until it was over. By the end of it, you had become exhausted like never before and wanted to sleep a few hours since you had gone through so much during past minutes.

However, you weren’t willing to rest until you have held your newborn baby. Barbossa handed your child to you, and there was an immediate affection every mother has for her child. You couldn’t feel anymore proud than you are now to have this beautiful child in your arms. Now you could rest, you trusted Barbossa and Elizabeth to take care of your baby girl that you decided to name “Naomi” a beautiful name for a beautiful girl.

After resting up, you get back on your feet to take care of Naomi and to begin your role as a new mother. It was truly a phenomenal experience, being a new mother.

You have never felt this proud.

• One of things Will Turner admires most about you is the fact you don’t scare from them past top you from achieving your dreams

• Giving into the scars would be like giving another minute of your life to the person(s) who laid them on you

• You must admit, you can be very reluctant/ stubborn to show your scars, even to those you trust with your life

• When Will Turner had asked to see them for the first time, you were beginning to get nervous and a little insecure. Will noticed this almost right off the bat and told you he can wait on your terms to see them

• “I would never do anything that makes you uncomfortable, or ask you to do those things that make you uncomfortable, (Y/n). Just take your time, there is no need to rush and I can wait as long as you’d like me to.”

• When Will said that, butterflies expanded in your stomach while feeling the light shade pink blushing rising in your cheeks before looking away

• Will Turner was one of the most kindest soul, if not the kindest soul you have ever met. For those who know him should be considering themselves lucky to know him, to have him in their lives at all

• The scars were placed on your back, the scars not only affects you physically, but emotionally as well

• About a year later, you give Will the chance to see them, despite how nervous you are you allow him to see the scars from your dark past, it wasn’t easy, but you did it!

• As Will is examining the scars, you begin to feel nervous when he doesn’t say anything at first, until he does. He does so in a different way, in his point of view, it’s the scars that make you the most beautiful

• After seeing the scars for the first time, you have him your background story on how they ended up there. Just after you tell him the whole story, he’s become more protective of you as if he wasn’t already

• On some occasions, when you would be alone together, he would either trace each one lightly with his fingertips or he would give each one of them a soft, loving kiss

• When Will would turn to kissing them, you later realized that you prefer he do that over just by tracing them as he sometimes does

• The scars only made him love you even more, he makes you feel special, very self confident, and makes sure that you know you are loved not just by family, but by him as well

• He wouldn’t trade his relationship with you for the world

• He planned on keeping you around for the rest of your lifetimes

• You happily agreed to that and had gone to do the same

• This was your happily ever after

You first met Jack Sparrow not long after he saved your sister, Elizabeth Swann, from nearly drowning to what could have been her last day alive.

For a while, you and Jack Sparrow seemed to hit it off almost immediately, forming some type of bond together as a result. This meant you had followed Jack to the Black Pearl and stepped onboard, and all this time, your older sister, Elizabeth feared the worst when you had gone missing in just that split micro second of spotting you before beginning to fight her own battles that day. It wasn’t until you had been declared dead by your people, that she realized this could be very real.

Out of everyone who thought you were dead, Elizabeth never gave up hope that you were still alive and it was because of that hope she believed was the reason you had felt you should send her a letter of reassurance and had given her the information you were a part of Jack Sparrow’s crew and had secretly getting engaged by a pirate under the name of Barbossa. In the letter, you tell her that the engagement had come after the two of you now having child of your own to raise. Elizabeth was thrilled, relieved even now that she knows you were alright, or alive at the least. But as well as that relief she had, she still couldn’t fight the urge to feel a little angry with you in the same way of you were to be her daughter rather than a sister who got lost, who had wondered off without meaning to. That’s the scare she got from this, and not long after the letter arrived, she made the choice to hunt for you, wanting to see you one last time just in case you had no plans on stopping by for a visit.

It took her months until she was able to pinpoint your location after a huge tip given to her by a well known friend of Jack Sparrow’s. This giving her the big break of finding your whereabouts. A few months later, you and your new lifetime partner, Barbossa settled on the ship together. During that time, Jack Sparrow is often seen pacing around the top deck, muttering to himself. You go to ask him what he was talking about and he looked almost hesitant to tell you anything.

“What is it you’re not telling me?” You press on, growing a little agitated with him.

A couple of times, he tried to brush it off by saying it was nothing and nothing for you to worry about, but you were quick to stop him, holding onto him until he finally gave in and gave you the response.

“Listen… don’t get mad, I can’t stress that enough anymore but we have a few visitors.”

“Who are they?”

“All I can say is, they’re some people you may have known for most of your life.”

Your heart suddenly jumped to your throat, he was right about you knowing these people you have yet to see before asking the final question, it was almost blindsiding.

“Where do they come from?”

“I picked them up at the docks in Tartuga, after meeting them over a drink.”

Your face paled, instantly knowing who he was referring to. It was your sister Elizabeth Swann, and best friend Will Turner.

You haven’t seen them in quite a while and you grew anxious to see them, but worried because you have left a very important piece of information in the letters sent to your sister. That little bit of detail tied you to Barbossa and the fact you were expecting, and you only had a couple months left until your child would be born. Jack’s wandered around as if looking for them before landing back on you. Barbossa was briefly mentioned in those letters, but you never said he was your partner, companion and you worried how Elizabeth might take it. A look on your face has changed, causing Jack Sparrow to grow a little concerned of your well-being as he asks about your thoughts.

After placing your small hand on your tummy, Jack instantly knew.

“You haven’t told her yet, have you?” He questions.

“No.”

“Have you told her about Barbossa?”

“Just briefly, I stated that he was only a friend in case knowing about us would bring hard feelings in the family.”

“Well, you should tell her.” Jack encourages.

“Yes, I will do that. Is she here yet?”

“On the top deck with Will Turner.”

You nod and begin making your way there, hands sweating from extreme nerves. Now you were behind the two, and it wasn’t easy to gather your thoughts on what to say first as a greeting.

“Ha! I was right! It’s actually you both! I knew I recognized your voices!” You say cheerfully.

Elizabeth nearly jumps out of her skin before turning around, than grabs you for an embrace. But as she was about to just that, Barbossa shows up and is by your side, he never leaves. This got you confused looks from Elizabeth and Will of Barbossa’s sudden appearance.

“Aren’t you going to introduce me to your friends here?” Barbossa asks.

“Of course. Elizabeth, Will, this is Barbossa. Barbossa, this is my eldest sister Elizabeth and longtime friend, Will.” You say.

Silence hangs in the air for a short time, than when you notice Elizabeth is examining your tummy you tried to cover with your light raincoat, you try to quickly change the subject.

“So… what’s new with you guys?” You say.

“I was going to ask you the same thing. (Y/n), is there something you hadn’t told me in your letters? If I’m not mistaken, I think you’re trying to hide something big from me.. us.”

“Guilty as charged.” You admit.

“Why haven’t you said anything?”

“Because I didn’t know how you would react and I didn’t want to take the chance on telling if it means upsetting you and everyone else.”

“You don’t have to worry about that, (Y/n). You’re my little sister, and I’ll always love you, no matter what.”

You let out a sigh of relief before dropping more big news to them.

“I’m glad you say that because there is something else you should know.”

“What’s that?” Will says, you turn to face him as you explain what Barbossa really was to you.

They were both surprised and even a little shocked at the news as anyone would be, but they still love you the same if not more.

At this point, you decide to ask Will something important to you.

“Can I ask for you to be the godfather of our child?”

“Really?”

“Yes, you’re my best friend, Will and you’re one of the few I will trust with our child.”

“I’d be happy to.”

The three of you exchange smiles and Elizabeth is the one to start conversing about baby names once you told her your child was to be due.

Although Barbossa was just as excited, he couldn’t help but begin to feel a little bored, but again, he sticks by your side.

Again, he never leaves.

How they react when seeing scars from the past

Jack Sparrow:

• You couldn’t deny the fact that you instantly felt insecure about the scars from your dark past when Jack Sparrow saw them for the first time

• Jack may think that someone is currently hurting you and will question you about it, at first he thinks otherwise as you tell him the honest truth

• Jack would want to and is capable of disposing of anyone who has the nerve to hurt you, you may have to hold him back before things end badly

• “If you want them to live, you better keep them out of my sights.” He would say and you would just roll your eyes at that statement from him

• “You’re being ridiculous.” You throw back, in return, getting a scoff as he turns to walk away

• As if Jack Sparrow wasn’t overly protective already, this made him even more, especially after telling him about the painful past, how they got there and who actually did this to you

• You agree that if Jack ever encounters the monster, he could do whatever he pleases

Hector Barbossa:

• Although you knew you couldn’t hide the scars forever, Barbossa would see them sometime and you won’t have a choice other than to be truthful of how you received scars from the past

• After he sees them for the first time, he thinks that you’re in harm’s way and you’re just not telling him

• Once you’re finally able to get him to calm down, you’re able to tell him how they really did happen and Barbossa believes you, but he still can’t shake the thought that you aren’t being completely honest in the beginning after he made his own suggestion on how they came to be

• You reassure him continuously until he gets it through his head, which takes you a while but you’re able to help him think of it differently than before

• In the beginning, Barbossa is actually very understanding about how this can be a sensitive topic for you or anyone for that matter to talk about, so he waits patiently on your terms when you’re ready to tell him

• The only thing you aren’t completely truthful about are the names you had given him of who did that to you, you change their names to protect their identity from Barbossa

• You’re a very forgiving person and that’s one of the things Barbossa loves about you

• You couldn’t help it, you were born that way and continue to live it

Will Turner:

• He’s not quite sure what to make of it at first, but when you tell him your story, you don’t leave out a detail and it hits home to him

• Ever since seeing your scars for the first time, Will has sworn to be even more overly protective of you

• He keeps a sharp eye on you, and when he can’t, he gets someone else to look after you, not giving that person a choice, he couldn’t go without knowing you were more than okay and safe

• It helps him to have a peace of mind knowing you were being looked after, when he asked who did this to you, you made the mistake of telling him the actual names of those responsible for it and would later come to regret it

• Will secretly turns it into a manhunt to catch those responsible

• You don’t find out until they have actually found the people, they bring them to trial and sentence them

• They were sent to be executed, but you didn’t attend it

• You’re a little upset that Will went and did that, but than you’ve come to understand that he did so with reason and now, with that taken care of, it makes it a little safer for you and other individuals

• It prevents them from hurting anyone else and you took victory in that

• Though you were a little more forgiving than Will, you wanted others to be safe and sometimes there is no other way to make sure of that

• Will would eventually come find you later and apologize to you for doing what he did

• You had already forgiven him

“Over my dead body!” You protest.

“(Y/n), you know that this is something I need to do, I can’t take you with me, it’s too dangerous.”

Barbossa was trying to negotiate with you on staying behind for the sake of your safety.

Being the stubborn gal you were, you proceed to protest as if you didn’t hear what he just said. To make it easier for others to understand, there was no way in hell you were going to allow Barbossa for leaving you behind. You may be Tia Dalma’s adoptive daughter, but that doesn’t scare Barbossa in the slightest. It was during the curse of the Black Pearl Barbossa started having visions of you. He had never seen you before, nor had he ever experienced such visions. Barbossa didn’t know if you other than the fact his gut instinct was revealing you as his soulmate. The minute Barbossa saw you for the first time in person, he was taken back by surprise the fact you were sailing with Jack Sparrow and his crew. If he pushed that thought aside, he would be more taken back by your beauty, inside and out.

The moment you turn to look at him, that was all it took to see some kind of chemistry between you both was for the chemistry to start making itself known. Upon seeing each other, Barbossa couldn’t help but wonder what your hands in his would feel like if he took your hand, but because of the curse, touching you would get you killed and there was no way around it. Or so you thought. Barbossa kept his own distance to keep it from happening. As the battle had come on, you were in shock as you watched Jack becoming Barbossa’s killer to save Elizabeth for the second time.

It was a horrible scene to witness, so much so that you went back to your adoptive mother, Tia Dalma and remained there for a period of time, looking to get away for a while. After what you had witnessed to what should’ve been the final phase for Barbossa’s death, you’ve come to the fact that he’s more than likely dead, not having any chance on surviving after being killed that night. You let yourself in upon your arrival of your home in which you lived with your adoptive mother, Tia Dalma. The minute you step inside, you were greeted by something unusual, what seemed to be a dead man laying on a spare bed as if he’s in a casket. Not a very warm welcome, it was more disturbing to you until you recognized him as Barbossa.

The one that’s supposedly dead. During this little timeline, you’ve come to accept the fact he was truly gone and that denying it wasn’t an option to take time and grieve. This is where the chemistry settled in, so all you could really do now was stare, expecting for him to wake up any time now at any given moment. You got lost in a trance that you don’t hear someone else walk in, greeting you, a greeting that had you nearly jumping out of your skin, but once you see who it was, you were able to catch your breath.

“I pulled him from the depths of hell, he will wake up soon, at any moment.”

“What’s going on here?”

“I saved him from death.”

“Why? What for?”

“For you, my sweet.”

You don’t say another word as you could hardly believe it. As you were about to speak, Tia spoke again.

“He’s about to wake up and when he does, he will need someone that will provide the best care, just until this man is stable enough to leave.”

Not long after, you move over to his side and remain there to wait for him to wake up.

When Barbossa wakes, you’re the first he sees and that gave him a bit of peace because he does in fact, remember you. What you don’t expect was for him to say your name, which slightly startled you as it was out of the blue.

“(Y/n)?”

You than tend to him without hesitation, before he begins asking you some of the same questions that you might have in that moment.

“What happened? Where am I?”

“You’re home with me, and I’m here to take care of you.” You explain.

Following along that response, you continue to fill him in on everything that happened that had led you to what you thought was his death. Mentioning to him that the curse was broken and over.

Prior to that, that’s how you’re finding yourself in that situation. Barbossa made a quick recovery and the minute he has the all clear to head back out, he is was wanting for you to stay behind, but with the promise he would come back and pick you up later.

You disagreed and you weren’t having it.

“No way, I’m not letting you leave me until later! I’m coming with you now, Barbossa and there’s nothing you can say or do about it, to prevent that from happening!”

Barbossa sighed in defeat.

“Fine, you can come with me. But don’t blame me if something bad happens and you’re stuck with me in it.”

“Deal.”

Now that you could agree on.

Even with the thought this could be putting your life on the line, you weren’t going to let anything or anyone stop you or stand in your way. This was a new adventure, a new chapter in your life and you couldn’t wait.

Adventure calls for you and the man you’re meant to be with.

It couldn’t get any better than this.
