Winter coming to their bed late, trying her best to be quiet and not startle Cinder as she rests. But even as she slowly inches her way into bed she is quickly grabbed and dragged in hand over arm. Cinder missing her dedicated cold side of the pillow so to speak as much as Winter missed her space heater. Forcing Winter to forget all about subtlety and allow her to fully set into the bed as Cinder allows her some security to finally switch off her concerns and get to rest.

Cinder waking up early from a terror, the smallest noise setting her off to flinching awake as she stares worried into the same known bedroom she’s done this too all too often. But as she tries to worm her way up, trying to forget her rest, she’s dragged back into bed by heavy arms around her waist. Even unconsciously Winter isn’t letting Cinder go and allows her that constant grounding pressure for Cinder to breathe and come back down from her panic. Getting back to rest with her not-so-optional weighted Winter blanket

Cinder: Look at her, Red

Winter, standing properly per usual as she and Weiss talk to some loud random dignitary and company:

Ruby: Uh, yeah?

Cinder: She’s about to bite this guy’s head off

Ruby: Oh come on, she looks perfectly reserved

Winter, leaning forward and saying something shortly that makes the entire group she’s with bock and shockhorror while Weiss somehow gets paler:

Cinder: There it is, fancy playing rescue?

Ruby: Quickly, before Weiss’ glare puts a hole through the back of my head, yes

Cinder, blaring rock and metal as she sews and crafts: Babe am I being too loud??

Winter, blaring the same music just over headphones as she strategy games: What?! Oh, no you’re fine!

Weiss: Winter! Your wife is being brooding again

Cinder, looking like she’s about to go all phantom of the opera at a gala from the second story:

Winter: Oh, gods damn it

Winter: Hey, what happened?

Cinder, bathed in all things black and gold with a glare that could burn:

Cinder, immediately melting for wife: I stubbed my toe in these heels and my prosthetic’s battery is dying and I want to burn every moron who keeps trying to speak to me

Winter: Would you like if we left early?

Cinder: Very much so

Winter: Good, run before Weiss spots us leaving because she is going to tattle

MUCH GOOD NEWS! According to the RWBY livestream, they're getting along quite nicely with a potential partner about Volume 10, AND the current CRWBY is likely staying on as the creative team! Though they can't go into specifics yet, and there's gonna be more news in the coming weeks.

Excellent! Here's hoping they make it a renewable contract, means they can keep the animators employed at a steady rate.
