So thinking it over, I've come up with two theories regarding what we've learnt in "Yesterday's lie".

So we learned that Philip didn't come alone to the boiling Isles. He came with his brother, who looks suspiciously a lot like hunter

The Wittebane brothers spent a least five years in the demon realm before Philip truly begun working on the portal back in the human realm. That gave the two brothers plenty of time to get acquainted with the boiling Isles and the witches and demos that lived their. They both learned magic, one of them in built his own palismen, if the cardinal looking bird on one of the brothers shoulders is anything to go by. But along the way both brother vanish from the lives of the witches on the Isles. One of these brother's has to be emperor belos and I have two theories on why he needs hunter for the day of unity.
Theory one: Hunter is a clone.

The 'Grimwalker' in the book looks remarkably similar to hunter, going by the nose and the eye colour. The engredients are apparently the key to making one of these Grimwalkingers, so maybe Belos grew hunter as a clone and lied to him about how he found him. Why he needs him exactly is a little unclear with this theory but this next one makes a little more sense in my mind.
Theory two: Belos is trying to resurrect his brother

This theory involves the titan and the day of unity and speaks to The emperor's motives.
Whether Belos is Philip or the other brother, only one of them may still be alive. Belos told hunter that his family is gone because of wild magic, which was probably due to an accident experimenting with wild magic, resulting in Belos getting cursed whilst the other didn't make it. But his brother may have had a family of his own in the boiling Isles that may have survived.
Hunter is a powlerless witch, which is believed because he and his ancestors might have human dna. I believe that this is true and that Belos only needs hunter for one reason. To bring his brother back to life.
I believe that the titan is indeed speaking to Belos, and that he is being manipulated into bringing the titans body to the human realm (possibly to resurrect it) in return for something Belos deeply desires to have back.
His Brother.
The engredients for the 'Grimwalker' are the engredients to make a new body. The word grim is linked to death, meaning that a 'Grim-Walker' is likely someone who has been resurrected. Belos might need Hunter Because he is a direct descendant of his brother (which would explain why he has Hunter call him 'uncle') and needs his life-force to bring him back to life.
This is all speculation, the owl house has really been keeping us on our toes in terms of theories. This is the first two that sprang to mind.

I still can't believe the clone wars has come to an end.
It was this series that first drew me into star wars. I remember about 11 years ago while stay with my grandparent, I ask me granddad if he had any movies I could watch and he told me to have a look and see for myself. That was when I found the clone wars movie, the pilot for the series. I decided to watch it and was hooked.
I ask my grandfather about it and he said it and he said to me "Oh that? That's a star wars film your cousin watches. Did you like it?"
And from then on, I became a star wars fan. I found out about the series on cartoon network and the original and prequel trilogies and watched all of movies in the span of a few days. It became a big part of my childhood and teenage years.
It was such a joy growing up along side character like Ahsoka, Rex and all the other characters that star wars provided us. When I heard it was cancelled I couldn't believe it, that I wouldn't find out how it got to end.
That was until I found a trailer for the final season in 2019.
The clone wars holds a special place in my heart, and to see it end at age 20 is such a bittersweet feeling. Dave Filoni, George Lucas, the animators, all the voice actors and everyone who put so much work into this series had truly made something special.
#star wars#the clone wars#anakin skywalker#obi wan kenobi#padme amidala#ahsoka tano#captain rex#i'm so grateful to lucas film#so sad to see it end#dave filoni you are the chosen one#you will save star wars for us all

I never thought I would see the day that Maul would be afraid. The fact that he orchestrated the whole siege of Mandalore not for the sake of his vendetta against Obi Wan but to kill Anakin, just so sidious couldn't get his hands on him. He was so afraid of what was to come that Obi Wan, the man he hated for nearly a decade and a half and survived a fatal wound out of spite and rage, was just an added bonus in the grand scheme of it all.
And when Maul finally realises that he's beaten, he would rather die. Again, this is the guy who refused to die when he was cut in half. His screaming at Ahsoka and everyone else that their all going to die and they have no idea of what's to come (once again, Sam Witwer has done an amazing job in his voice acting.) Is so chilling to see.
Watching this episode, despite all this amazing action, just felt...haunting, in some way.
Knowing everything that will happen, knowing what will become of all the characters, there are no words to describe how incredible put together this last arc is.

Maul's history of losing to Padawan's with sassy attitudes would almost be sad if not for the Fact that Ahsoka and Obi Wan are AWSOME.

I can just imagine Obi wan accidentally insulting someone after trying, and failing, to speak decent Mando's while Satine stands in the background face palming
Do you think that Satine ever taught Obi Wan Mando'a during that one year in Mandalore? And if she did, do you think that he still remembered it and they used it after they reunited? (Just a quick idea: Imagine Padawan Obi Wan being taught by Satine and him really frustrated. Then time skip and imagine him speaking it really fluently and him and Satine having a conversation and everyone else is just like: what? And then Obi Wan having a letter or something from her with him on Tatooine after)
I see Obi-Wan as the kind of person who has a head for languages (we do see him speaking and understanding ryl in the Ryloth arc in TCW, for instance, right?). And I think that, as a conscientious padawan, he was likely to prepare for a long term mission by studying the local dialects.
I imagine though that the Mando’a resources in the Jedi Archives are a little outdated, so while he perhaps understands pretty well, every time he tries to put together a sentence, it’s the Mando equivalent of dialogue from a novel by Sir Walter Scott. Satine cannot. At first, this embarrasses him and makes him too shy to attempt to speak it very often. Eventually, he does it specifically to try to make her laugh.
Later on, during the war, he’s also picked up a bit of vocabulary from the likes of Skull Squadron and other Mandos who’ve been engaged to train the clones (which comes in handy during the Rako Hardeen debacle).
So basically Obi-Wan has two modes of Mando’a - (1) archaic and (2) pilot slang. Both of them give Satine hives. And that’s not even counting his accent.
I think Satine herself has sort of a complicated relationship with Mando’a. Clearly she is fluent (Mandos seem to be largely bilingual), but I’m not sure how often she finds herself wanting to speak it. I think it has a lot of memories of her parents and her youth attached to it, some of them quite painful. (I think she does swear in it, though.)

I can't believe I didn't notice this at first. After all the hype for watching the trailer past, I realised something very important in the very first scene of the teaser.
Stars are in the sky.
I believe that by the end of this season, Etheria will be pulled out of despandos and finally be reconnected with the rest of the universe. I'm guessing that this series will end with that and season 5 will be the fallout of Etheria's return to the known universe.
Including the planet of the first ones; ETERNIA.
