holy fucking shit i am SO SICK with how when white women (generally, but im speaking within the music industry) say some nasty ass, racist awful shit, their fanbases will immediately back them up saying that "they had a good point [hidden in the racism]" (ahem ahem, lana del ray), but woc, especially rappers, have to FIGHT for their place in the music industry because they're seen as too vulgar and too "much", as if that isn't what they're shoehorned into by their management, media and their fanbases. when a cis white woman talks about sexiness it's cheeky and its sly, but when a woc does it... they're loud and crude and [insert racist steretype]. idc how much y'all like lana del ray (tho this post mentions her, this is not talking about ONLY her], her racism is absolutely awful and her refusal to take accountability is even worse.

I’m sorry guys but kotlc will never work out as a movie unless it’s animated. I need it to be animated so bad only the art of animation can capture beauty of the lost cities. But with how much ppl look down on animation and how many artists and animators are underpaid I don’t think it will ever happen.
