Oml you’re gonna get so much whiplash going from LoT to Arrow cause obviously so many of the characters from LoT are from Arrow but Arrow is edgy and emo and LoT is definitely Not. Sara Lance goes from traumatized assassin who was stranded on an island to fun mom bisexual timeship captain. And Ray Palmer used to date Felicity 😭😭😭

I always feel weird recommending Arrow to anyone because ik I’m extremely attached to the first few and last few seasons but the middle seasons were Not Good. It got a little bit too broody sometimes but the choreography and camera work is so good and the characters are so lovable. I’m highly biased about Arrow specifically because it was my childhood and Oliver and Felicity highk raised me. Say what you will about CW superhero shows, they can write a dang good motivational monologue.

Queen of the Ring is only releasing in select theaters and it drives me crazy because I watched the premiere in Vancouver and I want to rewatch it so bad but it’s not coming to streaming services until May and it’s like too underground to be put on 123movies 💔💔💔

I know realistically the CW superhero shows are Bad. But I am also a FNAF fan so I think that speaks for itself about my standards. Arrow seasons 4-5 make my eyes twitch and makes me wanna claw out my eyes with what they did with Olicity but god,,, seasons 1-2 and 7-8 mean so so so so much to me. Felicity Smoak and Mia Smoak genuinely are two of my top favorite characters of all time (Nat likes blonde girls with daddy issues, fork found in kitchen). The fact that they did the trope of future kids get time traveled to the past to meet their parents (or ig parent since Felicity wasn’t in season 8) AND IT WORKED. IT WAS SO GOOD. MY FAVORITE EPISODES OF THE SHOW.

Felicity is just one of those characters where I kinda grew up with her as my role model and she singlehandedly molded my personality as a oh god im an adult now. No one can convince me she wasn’t autistic. she’s like that meme that’s like Me when I get the [blank] autism instead of the good at math and science autism. Except she did get the good at math and science autism and she uses that to Commit Illegal Activities for good. It drives me insane that she went from one episode cameo to main character for 7 seasons (and main love interest) HWAUUUYGHGHHHGHHH

I pretty much watched all of the Arrowverse shows but I kind of fell off of most of them by the time Supergirl ended because I was so head in hands about the writing and CGI quality plummet. The Flash had similar issues (Caitlin and Killer Frost were my favorites. again, fork found in kitchen). LoT is so funny because it completely gave up on being a serious show and all the crossovers with the other shows is so wack. Oliver Queen and the gang are all broody and bloody on 0 sleep and so much trauma. Meanwhile Sara Lance struts in with her gang of queers and supernatural creatures and clone girlfriend 😭😭😭

I started watching Arrow first when I was 8 and then stopped for a few years, caught up, and then stopped for a few more years until after Supergirl ended. And then felt nostalgic and binged all of Arrow at once and fell in love with it all over again. The Arrow characters just felt so grounded and realistic compared to the other shows because for the most part, the villains weren’t supernatural (I mean in the later seasons uhhh but compared to the metas in The Flash, the aliens in Supergirl, and everything in LoT, it was normal). Idk Arrow is just the one that feels like still holds up and I go back to every year because it was good and then got bad and then got good again (I still hate Crisis and the ending but,, most of season 8 was good), while I kinda just get mad when I think about rewatching Supergirl LMFAOO

Also not to be shallow but good lord Emily Bett Rickards is stunning. If you ever wanna see brunette Felicity Smoak with hella muscles, I just watched Queen of the Ring recently and I almost cried she was so gorgeous. I got a photo with her too !!!! i love happiness and peace on planet nat

FELICITY SMOAK!!! I feel like everything about me as a whole becomes a lot more clear if you know anything about Felicity Smoak. God I started watching Arrow when I was 8 and she fundamentally shaped my personality. I added way too /srs photos for her being the comedic relief of the show LMFAOOO she’s in a ponytail for 90% of her scenes until around season 6-7. but genuinely top 10 characters I HC as autistic (this would make so much sense if you’ve watched the show trust me).

Emily Bett Rickards is so stunning, I got a photo with her at the Queen of the Ring premiere in Vancouver 🥹 Arrow ended 5 years ago but I go through a hyperfixation period every year so I’m getting it done with rn before the FNAF 2 movie drops so I can refocus my energy on Vanessa 🙏
