Here’s one way Kiley and I stay motivated to exercise consistently. We track every workout over 30 minutes that breaks a sweat with a check mark. We’ve found that the more checks we earn, the easier it is to workout daily. For extra bonus points, we try to beat our workout records from the previous year. Eventually this last part will be impossible improve upon, but that’s okay.
