Ok so i had to give this some thought but.

Olrox: Initially thought about giving him amaranth, but I think poisonberry (or night-blooming jasmine) suits him better. They bloom with a really sweet smell at night if they get enough sunlight during the day, and are actually not jasmines despite the name. According to the good old web they symbolise mystery and love? Which yeah that's Olrox alright

Mizrak: Oleander, but specifically red oleander. Not only is it a companion flower for poisonberry (I have both shrubs side by side in my garden and they both thrive!) but the red variant is associated with a balance between love and danger! Oleanders can survive pretty rough conditions, more than your average flower, which yeah Mizrak spent the entire two seasons doing. Someone help this man

Alucard: Picked two for him exclusively because he shows up in both shows, but both are for similar reasons lol.

For the first is Orobanche, or broomrape, which people have an order to destroy in some places to avoid it establishing. They are fully depend on other flowers to gain nutrients because they don't have chlorophyll, and their flowers can have some mild colour to them.

For the second it's the Monotropastrum humile, which is also a chlorophyll-less plant, except this one feeds on mycorrhizal fungi instead of other flowers! In contrast with the broomrape, these babies have no colour whatsoever.

this might be slightly controversial (?) but i really like how the boys™ look like actual people in the show instead of them trying to get the extreme bodybuilding look 😭 i've seen people complain about how they don't look how they expected but? they don't look bad? the characters can look like real people and still be well built (which the actors are)
