Another www.GeorgesGazetteer.blog adventure yesterday when some of our members visited YALC and met Jonathan Stroud! He’s been a loyal supporter of our site, and it was lovely to say thank you in person for both the books and tolerating our enthusiasm for his worlds.

Mini George’s Gazetteer adventure today: 27,000 steps (11.5 miles) and (re)visited PR, all the Fittes sites, DEPRAC, Tyburn Gallows, Hanover Gardens, two potential PR sites in Mayfair, as well as Liberty���s, Carnaby Street, Chinatown and Leicester Square. Had afternoon tea in Marylebone too.

Hilarious, therefore, to discover this from episode 1. We are canon!

[After the events of The Empty Grave] After the dissolution of the Fittes empire and the Orpheus Society, things should be calming down for Lockwood & Co. They've talked about it and it's simpler cases from now on. Lockwood and Lucy might finally be on the same page, George is emerging from his cocoon and life seems good. What could possibly go wrong?

Well, for a start, Skull has resurfaced...with a friend and some BIG news!

Lucy and Lockwood have just finished a job. They have a long journey home, but that doesn't mean it can't be a pleasant one. After the dark, there's always the dawn.

This is one of the "moments" hinted at in Chapter 4.
