Usually when Lucy describes a new character she makes it a point to insult their looks in the funniest way possible, unless she likes them (lockwood) or think they are pretty (lockwood and holly).

here she doesnt insult skull, so either she finds skull good looking or she loves skull. in my opinion it's the latter
