Rosquez and the concept of being the backpack

I don't remember who posted, but I saw someone asking why there are not many rosquez fics that include the slightly homoerotic concept of "being the backpack" or, in other words, ride on the same bike.

But here's a thing.

Unless you are like really, REALLY new to bikes or really afraid of them, you really don't need to hold the person in front of you for dear life like a baby koala, Like some bikes have those small metal thingies on the back to hold or if you are a natural on bikes you don't even hold anything (when I'm riding with my father sometimes I would have my hands on my pockets because it gets cold)

So

If you add a shared bike ride on your fic the more important fact isn't "oh fuck we are together here I have to hold him" it's that if whoever is on the back leans in and curls their arm around the others waist, there's no excuse, both are long time rider they both know it's not necessary, its indulgent, so either one will talk about or just enjoy the moment using a unnecessary concept of "safety" as excuse
