Festive Patio Lights Outdoor Review

The Festive Patio Lights come with a 48 foot long cord with 15 dropped sockets.  Plus it has an extra 13 feet ext cord.  Can’t forget about the light bulbs with an extra 6 included.  The first thing I noticed about these lights was how heavy the cord is.  It reminds me of my electrical cords for my fifth Wheel camper.  This cord is weatherproof and contains 14 AWG Gauge wire. All 15 sockets are also weatherproof.

I love all the pictures I have seen with these patio lights.  We live in a very windy area.  So I am cautious when I will use these.  These will be going camping with my friends and I on the next long holiday weekend.  Time to kick back and relax with some great lighting.  

It is also nice that I can get 3 more strings so I connect all 4 together.  That would be 192 feet of lighting.  This would also be great for weddings or parties.

Basketball Sleeves Review

Basketball Sleeves come in a pair.  I made sure I looked at the sizing chart before I ordered.  These sleeves fit me great.  I don’t play basketball but I do wear these when I work out.  I have used these while working out on my treadmill, during yoga and also during cardio exercises.  The sleeves do wick away moisture so I stay cool and dry.  

The sleeves are infused with Zinc and Copper.  Copper is known for its anti-microbial properties to kill bacteria, yeasts and viruses.  Copper also helps eliminate body odor that is caused by bacteria on the skin.  There are a lot of claims out on the web that it may do more but in my opinion I don’t believe everything I read.  I like these sleeves because of the way they feel and the way they make my arms feel while I wear them.

Deep Organic Conditioner Review

The Deep Organic Conditioner comes in a great bottle with a nice pump. The bottle is 28 ounces.  I really like to use this conditioner on my daughter's long thin hair that gets tangled easily.  Normally we have to use a detangler on her hair but after she uses this deep conditioning conditioner we can comb right through her hair without any tangles or snags.  

 I did notice that some of the oils were not listed in the ingredients.  So I looked into the items on this conditioner and none of them were the tea tree oil or coconut oil. If they are in this conditioner they are at such a small amount that they did not need listed.  That makes me believe there are no benefits that are gotten from the tea tree oil and coconut oil in this conditioner.  I was very disappointed that this was advertised with these three oils but could only find the argan oil in the ingredients.  It seems like it is more chemicals being used to condition than the oils that were said to be in this conditioner.

I have been using the wool dryer balls in every load that I dry since I started using them.  I do like the way my clothes feel after drying with the wool dryer balls.  The only down side is listening to them roll around in my dryer while the dryer is running.  Our dryer is in an open hallway to our kitchen so it can get a little annoying.  

I have tried lavender essential oil and a few others to freshen my laundry by putting a few drops on the balls.  It makes my clothes smell great without any chemicals.  I have not seen a huge drying time difference so I made sure my husband took the dryer apart to get all the lint that may be affecting it.

EurKitchen Professional Whipped Cream Dispenser Review

The whipped cream dispenser is the first one I have ever used. I did waste one N2o cartridge before I got the hang of it. I used whipping cream, a little vanilla and a sprinkle of truvia. After the second round of trying this my whipped cream turned out perfect. It tastes amazing too!

Need to buy the N2o cartridges seperately. It takes the small 8 gram type.

After reading other people's tips of what to do I was able to make my very own. My kids love having fresh whipped cream to add to desserts.

-Chill the canister before filling with whipping cream. -Can use with a full or half pint of whipping cream to work -after discharging the N2o shake the canister -clean the nozzle after use and put back in fridge -remove N20 canister from and mark it that it has been used

Leader Accessories White Kayak Paddle

The kayak paddle works great with our flat bottom kayaks we take out on the river, ponds, and lakes.  Its design works well with the curve paddle.  We currently have 3 flat bottom kayaks and one v-bottom kayak.  This paddle works great with both.  The paddle comes apart to store inside the kayak and after putting it back together the pole is sturdy.  We kayak with many people a few times a month in the summer.  It is becoming very popular.  Every kayak is different and the poles usually are sold separate.  I normally grab this paddle over the others that we own.

The 2 pack of Mason Jar Soap Dispensers comes with everything I needed to convert 2 of my mason jars into soap dispensers.  I live in the country and can salsa & pickles. I like decorating my house with antiques/country style.  I put my dish soap in a pint jar.  It took the unattractive plastic bottle and replaced it with something I will leave on my counter full time.  I had to cut the straw down to fit into the pint jar.  Other then that it was very easy.  

I do notice that when the pump is all screwed together and ready to use it it slightly pulls apart.  I am afraid overtime that it will break.

Naturalico Shiatsu Neck&Shoulder Massager

The Shiatsu Neck & Shoulder Massager is easy to set up and use.  I was surprised at how good this massager feels.  I use it to massage my back, neck, shoulders and calves. It helps relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders after a long stressful day at work.  The heat is a warm heat but doesn't get over hot.  I have used it in my house and also in my car.  I like taking it on long car rides when my back starts hurting.  This works the knots out while I ride in the car.  

I canned 66 pints of salsa last weekend and my back was not feeling the best after standing so many hours.  I sat in a chair and wrapped the massager around my waist.  It felt amazing to use this for about 15 minutes.  I was so surprised the next day that I didn't notice back pain.  My husband has also used the shistsu massager on his shoulders.   He gets a knot by his shoulder and this massager helped work it out.  It also saves my hands from having to rub his shoulder.

Last Man Mortar Survival Kit Review

This is a great survival set.  My teenager snagged this for his hiking/bugout bag. It has a whistle and can be pretty loud.  Also comes with paracord which is so useful.  Paracord can be used to string up a shelter, dog leash, clothes line and so much more.  It also has a first aid kit, fishing gear, repair kit, fire starter kit, thermal blanket, etc. The amazing thing is how small this pack is for as much as what is in it.  The survival kit is 3.5x2.5x2 inches.  

We spend a lot of time outdoors as a family between camping, kayaking, biking, hiking, traveling and gardening.  This set is taken with us when we go places. Great way to be prepared for a lot of situations.

This clock works great in my home because the size it great we have 8-9 foot ceilings.  I like having the larger clock in our family room.  It is so much easier to read the dial and see what time it is.  The color of this clock goes can go with so many colors.  We currently have khaki colored walls so the outer dark brown pairs well with my walls.  The clock is made of a tin/metal that will last.  It isn’t too heavy and was easy to hang with an anchored nail.    

We have been raising goats on and off for over twenty years, so the goat clock fits well with our home.  It is a unique clock.  I haven’t seen anything like this when out shopping.  I love finding unique items that not many people have for decorating my home.

Foam Roller by Live Infinitely - Review

The Foam Roller is a good size it is 17 inches by 5 inches in diameter.  It is sturdy and has a nice soft outer layer that doesn't hurt when I lay on it.  I have used a different style in past.  This foam roller has a nice channel for my spine.  I have a rib go out by my shoulder blades a lot and this roller helps put it back in place.  I have had less time at the Chiropractor which is great.  This roller costs just above my co pay I have to pay at the Chiropractor.  It is well worth the price.  

I also use the foam roller to relieve some of the tightness I get in my shoulders.  My lower back has some tender spots and I try to massage them but this roller is easier to use everyday.

Vetra Volleyball Soft Touch Ball - Review

Bright colored volleyball white, blue and green.  It comes nicely packaged and is not inflated.  It was easy to inflate with an air pump.  We took this to the beach and played with it for sand volleyball.  It stayed inflated and was easy to hit.  

The Vetra Volleyball is softer than my daughter's current volleyball that she is using.  This volleyball is soft but still bounces when bumping it while playing volleyball.  It also is great for serving overhand or underhand.  This is the one she uses when she practices.  

The volleyball is well constructed. The seams all look good.  My daughter is just starting in middle school with volleyball.  I see her using this ball for many years.

Booty Loops

The Booty Loops come in 3 different colors and 3 different strengths. The black is great for a tough workout. I couldn’t believe how much resistance it has.  The green and blue are less and work great. I let my son who lifts weights try out the black band. He did a few reps of 10 on each leg and he complained about his legs being sore.

I also have been using these bands regularly. I do normally gain weight in my thighs and butt. These bands are great for toning both my bad areas. I walk every day for a few miles and realized that I don’t target these areas enough.

The bands come with a pamphlet that shows the different exercises that can be done with these bands. I was suprised at the versitility.  They are very easy to pack and I can put them in my laptop case when traveling. This is a great way to exercise on the go or at home.

Easy@Home Deluxe TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator - Review

This Tens Unit comes with a set of 4 electrode pads, cords to the Tens Unit and Batteries.  I took out the Tens Unit and placed the batteries inside.  It is very simple to start up.  It has a nice set of directions also.  I have a different Tens Unit at home and am pretty familiar with them.  

The Tens Unit is great to use on tight muscles from exercising.  Also strained muscles from small injuries.  I have problems with my shoulders, neck and lower back.  I like to use the Tens unit as a massage.  There are two sets of electrodes and two sides that can be used at different strengths.  They go from 1 to 10.  I like to start out at a lower setting and move up to about a 4 or 6.  It is too strong for me at 7 – 10.  I do have a few friends that have also used this Tens Unit and they like to set it high at 8-10.  

The electrode pads are only good for about 6-10 uses.  They lost their grip at about 6 or 8 uses.  There are different styles of pads that can be purchased and they come in packs.  They are easy to change out and replace.
