So I’m in a Modern!House of the Dragon rabbit hole and honestly my favourite thing about it is the modern version of Vhagar

So far I’ve found

Lizard (on brand, makes sense)

Great Dane (I shouldn’t love it but I do)

Senile old cat (perfect, no complaints)

Car (sorry not for me)

Retired racing horse (makes sense, not my favourite though)

Okay the fact that I’ve mini shifted to Stranger Things and it’s just wholesome but when I’ve shifted to The Last Kingdom for a few days and it’s just absolute chaos with no breaks just really surprises me??

Monster fighting universe in the 80s with kids?? Absolutely chill, we all hang out and eat pizza! Wholesome af

Tiny medieval village in Wessex with a bunch of grown ass men?? Literal carnage wtf is going on y’all literally have nothing to do how are you always finding trouble?? Oh good we’ve been kidnapped again?? No you can’t burn things Uhtred??

I haven’t even shifted to my House of the Dragon DR and already I’m making a script for a modern!hotd DR purely for the fact that I want to see the absolutely carnage of everyone having access to modern things

Here for a good time but also there’s monsters

Absolutely no clue what’s going on half the time (I show up and kill monsters, none of this big brain stuff)

The Last Kingdom

Shifting to just after season 2

Honestly just here to vibe with the Cookham gang

Hanging with my boys

Uhtred basically said “this one is cute, she’s family now. No one touch her or I’ll kill you”

The boys also v protective

Trying not to get arrested or worse told off by Alfred

House of the Dragon

Don’t ask me if I’m okay I’m probably not

Absolutely 0 chance of any war

Everyone gets on (most of the time)

Big happily family wreath

Stark for life

(Definitely not considering making another HotD DR that’s modern day)

Hogwarts (retired)

I gave up on this one

University with magic

Honestly just wanted to live in a castle and chill with some of my faves

I never shifted here not even a little bit

I think this was a phase (the only place I thought of shifting to because it was the only one I ever saw talked about)

I probably won’t try to shift here again

Yes there probably will be more in the future

I saw a post on tiktok about imagining winter in your DR and now all I can think about is snowball fights with my comfort characters

I MINI SHIFTED LAST NIGHT

Will is the sweetest bean and Jonathon is v protective of him

Mike warmed to me more than I thought he would

Dustin was super happy to see me!

I didn’t get to interact much with Lucas as I wasn’t there long

This is definitely the longest I’ve managed to shift for and the most people I’ve interacted with even if it was for a short while
