So ive been noticing the same exact person reposting a large majority of my art on Pinterest. And while I don’t mind my art being shared, I’m actually quite flattered, I have to draw the line when it doesn’t include proper credit (especially when someone does credit me, their comment gets immediately deleted by the reposter). So many amazing artists and creators get their art stolen or left without credit when it’s literally so easy to add a link that leads to the original post. For every artist that sees this, please please pleasee always watermark your art cause you don’t deserve it getting stolen or reposted without permission

My username is pretty stupid ngl, shurik came from when I was watching a Soviet movie with my parents in which the main character is named Shurik, a nickname for Alexander. It kinda stuck with me and decided to use it for social media and stuff. I first used it on Roblox actually and when I was formulating the whole username, I thought of what would be the most basic and edgy name. Then, ShurikTheReject was created LMFAO

(I actually got dunked on by some kids on dress to impress for it, which I find absolutely hilarious)

Man I’m tired and I’m sorry for bringing up some less pleasing stuff on here but I feel the need to talk about this. So recently I’ve noticed an increase in people using chat gpt to write fanfiction, even some in the hobbit fandom. Ai “art” has been a pretty difficult topic for me for a while, yet I want to talk about it more and bring people to understand the consequences of it. But I think it’s also important to bring awareness to the other parties suffering from the usage of ai. I chose Bilbo for this cause I think it’s funny how these ai “writers” forget that Bilbo is an actual writer, so to use a tool that steals from other creators would be the worst insult to his craft

Decided to try out some new brushes and also colour this piece (finally). I’ve seen some other artists draw this sort of half dragon, half dwarf gold sick Thorin and really liked the concept! As one my friends said, he looks like a sopping wet cat on your door step, couldn’t agree more lmfao.

Hey guys! So school and the holidays have had me in an absolute chokehold over the past several weeks and ive been working on the Culinary AU when i could. But in between all of it, i was able to make some doodles! Fembagginshield has been a recent fixation for me and i will be making more in the future.
