Definitely can't handle source hate because we saw someone say they don't like Omori because it's "poorly written" (wrong) and only got popular because of the art style (double wrong)???? And they didn't even state how so there's like no point in saying that. Of course it's my personal opinion that Omori is well written but it got popular for more than just it's art style. You don't see fans of Omori who just like the art. They like the story, the horror elements balanced with cute elements, etc.

Also, they said if they saw another comparison between Omori and Deltarune they were going to snap. Such a negative energy for no reason. Just because you dislike the game for seemingly no reason doesn't mean everyone else will be that way. If you're that upset over something so dumb just block and filter "Omori", it's not that hard!

As for us, we can't really filter source hate because it's usually just tagged with the source tag.

If all of the game is in headspace then why is the player controlling Kris indicative of switching? For that to make sense they'd have to be a sub-system (aka a system within a system) which is honestly overcomplicating it I think.. And also where's the connection to meatspace / the world where the body is?

Sorry I just don't like that theory nor do I think it makes sense...

I think this is technically not vesselkin but playerkin...? Or something?? I think I got separated from Kris and put in the cage before Kris made a dark fountain and they never went back to retrieve me, leading the cage to become a temporary vessel (technically bodily a darkner, too).

And I don't remember much but I vaguely remember feeling very nervous and awkward to meet everyone outside of Kris. I do remember the look they gave me when we met in the dark world for the first time.

Yeah...

I also remember that I wasn't trying to be malicious or anything so I don't think we were on the weird route but yeah, I don't remember much.

Okay so I'm kin of the vessel from Deltarune but I think I may have two canons from two different AUs or something?? I'm like this with very few kins of mine but not none...

But it hit me today

Something something how Ralsei is (theorised) to be Kris' horn headband; that AU comic where Chara entered a dark world as a darkner through possessing their locket (I think) and that same thing happening with the cage Kris keeps the player's soul in,, Kris pulls their soul out & puts it in the cage before making the dark fountain & being separated from the player & the cage is turned into a darkner vessel or something,,,,,,,

I'm weirdly very lucky when it comes to selfshipping? In a way? Most characters I've ever selfshipped have either revealed to be kin-related or become headmates (or both).

My only selfship that hasn't been either of these two is Murdock from ISWM,,

Btw I should make a ref or something for him because I have an ultraspecific way I view him (headcannons) and I'd like to see him right but my art style is very not suited for a man like Murdock,,

DELTARUNE CHAPTER 4 SPOILERS!!!

I JUST FINISHED CH4 AND THAT ENDING

I have a LOT of thoughts so this may be frazzled and loopy

My theory for the prophecy is that someone has to die, either Kris or Susie but idk who. idspgfjpfsogrfopguj how do I even write a clear statement about Chapter 4?? It's getting really deep in a way where I feel like there's no room for fun and games anymore. It's serious and the world is on the line.

The atmosphere is really good at getting me to feel that.

Also we went into Dess' room which is important for LORE!!!!

Anyway, other things is I think Carol is either the Knight or working with the Knight. They're definitely working with Kris and is who I reckon is the one on the phone to Kris in CH3&4.. I find it weird that she's blue for some reason, I thought she'd look more like Noelle but meh, maybe she's more of a mix of Carol and Rudy. Benefit of the doubt went out of the window for me though with how Carol treats Noelle. Wouldn't be surprised if she was homophobic lol.

What else do I even say uhm

Oh yeah, I hate the theory that Ralsei is Asriel's dust and the appearance of Gerson in CH4 really cements to me that it can't be true. If Ralsei was Asriel's dust then he'd just be Asriel. Not Ralsei. The "Ralsei = Asriel's dust" theory just really seems like the "Rugrats Theory" of Deltarune theories. Also the Ralsei is evil theories suck, too. I see CH3&4 as proof they can't be true, either.

Either way, I hope we help Ralsei deal with his issues.. I feel bad for him. Needs a good hug.

I hope the theories about Dess being lost in the code are true, it'd make me feel better to know that she's alive rather than she went missing and died. While it makes more sense narratively to do something like Dess being lost in the code for Deltarune, it is still a possibility. Honestly, I think I just want a happy ending like anyone else. The worst would definitely be Dess never being found nor confirmed to be dead. It'd suck. Especially if we never find out who's stuck in the code.

But either way, I trust Toby's vision. It's been great so far.

It took all day but I played Chapters 1-3 today and.... wow.

I actually had finished 1 & 2 already but replayed it and lemme tell you, the quality increases so much from Chapter 2 to 3! No wonder why it took so long.

AND THE ENDING TO CHAPTER 3 OH MY FUCKING GOD. I wonder if it's gonna make me choose whether to follow Susie or to go into the bunker..

I AM gonna play Chapter 4 tomorrow and eeeeEEEEEEEE

Little disappointed Toriel & Undyne didn't have a bigger role in CH3 but it's not that big of a deal, there was already a LOT going on in CH3 anyway. I'm also super exited to learn more about the Dreemurrs & the Holidays. I am HOOOKED on finding out stuff about Dess and Noelle.. Noelle might be one of my favourites to be honest. At first when she showed up when CH2 originally came out, I didn't like her but since then I've done a full 180!!

Nothing came to me kin-wise but that's okay, I had a great experience anyway!

fascinating, I experience similar with memory as someone with DID and CPTSD. I've heard majority of people within the plurality space experience either complete repression of memories. In which only the (for lack of a better word ""Alters"" (Plurality friends i call them :D) remember some parts and others other parts (The Memories are chopped up into a blender and shared [like cake :D] so you don't get overfull with trauma cake (otherwise you would become trauma fat on trauma cake) Or partial repression in which the "cake" is half baked so thinking of "cake" (taking it out of the oven and looking at it) ruins the cake and "burns" your hands causing you to disassociate because its not fulled cooked yet (I like this "truama cake" concept i've come up with gonna make a) post explaining it further if you're interested I Sorry if this post was difficult to understand as I am not a mother tung English speaker

I find my source memory situation both interesting and frustrating. For a lot of my 'memories' I remember that they happened but not the actual memories. Maybe I'll really remember more the more I explore but as is, I just remember the fact it happened. The only thing I really remember is falling from heaven and I don't remember it well..
