THIS IS A HUGE POST SO -TL;DR- If there’s 1 box in a row - its width is 500px. If there’s 2 in a row - all widths are 245px. If there’s 3 in a row - all widths are 160px.INCLUDES- Templates for all 42 photosets.

I tried my best to make the format as simple as possible so i apologize if its a little confusing!

All heights are flexible/can be anything for every layout!- 

Rememberthat if you have two pictures in the same row, they need to be thesame height or they will be re-sized or cropped automatically.

Sure thing, lovely!Note: Under the cut. Please remember that this is my personal opinion! Also, since I'm including theme opinions this doesn't have anything to do with the rp aside from aesthetic purposes.

THEME:So, I must say first off that I don't usually like to include theme input, but I feel like for this opinion I should just do it as a whole, but I do like the theme for the fact that's it's simple! You get automatic brownie points, because it's also mobile friendly and I love when groups do that. My first thing that I noticed about your theme is the colors. I love the sidebar image and I think you tired to match them together, but I think if you picked just two colors in the image it would flow more smoothly. I think the two main in the sidebar (tealish and peach) are perfect and just keep those throughout. In the entires section I would just keep it simple with just two or maybe both and black. PLOT: Simple and to the point. I like it, but it is simple. I feel like you should have something more exciting to draw people in. I think if you had the plot as the acceptance letter/the letter saying that had received the job as the plot would be amazing. In the letter it would explain everything someone needed to know prior to applying about the group. Even if it doesn't you could add a small paragraph beneath explaining things more directly.APPLICATION: I'm not usually a fan of rating appless, but I do like that you guys request a description of the character from each applicant. It gives a good feel for both the character and the writer behind them as for their writing style. The only thing I would add is maybe what exactly their job and a page with a list of jobs so people could look them up that way. While I do like that people who apply have to do a little research into finding a job at each park, some people might not feel the same. So I would add a page with exact jobs just in case. 

OVERALL: Overall, I do like the group and idea. It's just a few things listed above that I would change or add. I also would suggest a side blog for promos and using the 'appless rp' or 'town rp'. I hope this helps and please remember this is just my opinion.

Clearly I should of thought this through more, because I have nothing on my new laptop, haha. Um, I actually haven't made promo banner (or anything to be honest) in a while. My best bet would be to tell you to go through this tag, but everything is from a while back. Soo, today I'm going to work on examples or I could make an unofficial promo as an example so you can see what I make? I don't think I'm explaining this well enough, but yeah, basically if you want to request an example (which I'll take this as one) I'll make something with a fc of my choosing just so you get an idea. Most likely I'll make more than one if you do request it. I hope this makes sense! Also, you're more than welcome to message me off anon with something specific that you're looking for and I could go from there!

so, i finally decided to get this blog active again. all requests are open aside from anything that requires photoshop (this should only be temporary.), but i'm open for any other types of requests. indie rp help, face claim help/suggestions, html coding and general posting help for rp blogs, etc. basically anything that involves rp'ing. Dear Tumblr Staff,

I know it’s hard doing what you do.  I know for a fact people can be rather inconsiderate and rude so i’m writing this in the most civil way possible.  Rpers make up a decent amount of your active posters and i’m sure other branches of the Tumblr universe are struggling too but I can not speak for them or anyone else just my personal thoughts.  I know that we are all creatures of habit and we can handle your usual small updates and we’ve adapted before but this is rather confusing.  Swapping the post and cancel button is a struggle and taking away the original formatting for post was a big shock for us and for most of us we don’t see it as simpler or more enhanced we see it as a bigger hindrance.  I’m sure you’ve seen the several tutorials made recently in the past 24 hours to help people out.  It’s like  breaking our routines are brains are programmed.  I’ve found myself clicking cancel and if it wasn’t for the prompt are you sure post I would have lost a lot of work.  Personally I didn’t mind the old tumblr way.  It was simple and anyone can do it.  I have friends who have eye problems and this new update is a struggle for them.  There is no breaks between the title and the post and the tags. It messes with many people.  The good old post preview worked very well for showing us how the post would look.  I think it would be best if you did a census and see if you should really keep the post update or not.  We all love tumblr and I know in the past you’ve taken our words into consideration.  So please hear this plea about turning back to the old way on this small thing.

Notes for new format:

To bold, italicize, list, or do anything else to text, highlight it and click the corresponding symbol to get what you wish

To add a readmore, picture, line break, or video after writing some text in a post, press enter to start a new line, and it will show up. It only shows up if you have not typed anything on that new line.

You can now add line breaks to text, which is useful for long posts with many words.

You can now make font bigger / “headline” by highlighting it and clicking “H”.

You cannot make words a headline and make them into a list.

You cannot add words and pictures on the same line, no matter what size either are.

The “close” and “post” buttons are on the opposite side.

Text posts are smaller and more spaced out, and are a lighter hue/color.

There is no lines between the title and tags section.

The space where you can but tags automatically has the word “tags” in there, but no posts will be posted as “tags” if you don’t add anything.

Tags are a much light hue/color when you add them.
