okay guys, I just found out that people don’t like Isha? I understand that she can be seen as simply a plot, but genuinely not liking her? It seems a little bit much. I read someone say that she didn’t have a personality, which is completely unreal to me because if you’ve watched the show she really does have personality. A big one at that, and the girl doesn’t even have a voice. The show takes time to portray Isha imagining herself as Jinx, looking up to her, inspiring to be like her. Like any kid would. She’s tough, and protective, self sacrificial (obviously), as well silly and excitable, and smart. Yes, she was meant to be a Powder rebirth, and didn’t she succeed? she in herself was a key turning point for Jinx and I think she was very important to the plot. Maybe it’s because of Arcane’s pacing? Just seem crazy to me. I loved her so much and I can’t grasp disliking her the way I could understand why someone may not like Caitlyn or Jinx or Silco.

why is literal word porn all that ever trends in the fanfic tags. where has hurt/comfort goneee. where has the stories gone. why is porn the only thing that garters attention…??? why is everyone a literal gooner

where’s the romance gone in fanfiction? the story? it used to be a story, a feeling. now it’s just a mind orgasm and move on to your next brain fart.

i have written hurt/comfort fics over the course of my like 4 accs. they NEVER gain attention as opposed to literal word porn. i’ve seen others post hurt/comfort and i ALSO see if w/ theirs. there IS true hurt/comfort and romance that is posted, issue is they’re pushed so far down the tags they’re impossible to come across.

and yes, even on the “right tags” and searches is there smut. people can RARELY ever read something if smut isn’t involved.

fanfiction has changed so much. it used to be so wonderful and now like 95% of it is just sex. no plot.

i literally have to use c.ai to harness that hurt/comfort feels now since fanfics just only ever care to write about fucking. (edit. I DO NOT USE AI TO WRITE STORIES. fuck you guys are idiots. i use C.AI. it’s a character content app. not AI as in i write fanfics w/ ai or whatever ya’ll are misunderstanding c.ai to be…?)

my roman empire is the subtle differences in appearance between jinx and (alternate universe) powder. powder is taller and has fuller cheeks compared to jinx because shes not malnourished. powder is tanner than jinx and has freckles because shes out in the sun more. powder's voice is deeper to signify that she has matured, while jinx's voice is high-pitched and raspy because of her constant screaming and the poor air quality in zaun. powder has prevalent smile lines, while jinx doesnt. the difference between jinx and powder is one night, one decision.

am i the only one who doesn't like timebomb? i mean theres nothing wrong with liking the ship i obviously wouldn't judge others for having a different opinion than me, but lots of things about the ship just doesn’t sit right with me personally.

like for example ekko was in the au for only two days (he showed up two days before his au self was supposed to show off his project and left the night before which means he was only there for two days) yet in those two days he managed to fall in love with someone who tried to kill him and has killed many of his friends multiple times? i get that he had an obvious cute little crush on her when they were kids (if you pay attention it was pretty obvious and also kinda cute) but that wasn't long lived because she literally switched sides after that and for the next 8 years they weren't in contact (not much contact other than her trying to kill him or/and his friends anyways) like idk about anyone else but i personally wouldn’t fall in love with the person who killed many of my loved ones let alone falling in love with that person within two days that’s just impossible. i understand that he probably still had some lingering feelings for his universe's jinx and that’s why it was so easy for him to fall in love with au powder in just two days but in my opinion it's still too rushed and unrealistic. i couldn’t even begin to imagine myself falling in love with someone who simply talked bad about me behind my back let alone someone who’s killed my loved ones and has tried to kill me too.

i like the IDEA of them like two former childhood friends turned into enemies who are lovers in a different universe and only one of them obtains the knowledge of the fact that they’re lovers in a different life, and so the only one who knows is left yearning for that kind of connection in their current universe as well??? Like that’s such a good trope. normally i’d eat it up, but the way it was portrayed messed it up for me personally, so now i’m left only liking the idea of the ship but not actually fully liking the ship itself, and i don’t think i ever will tbh.

now this is just my personal opinion i didn’t make this post as an opening for people to argue with me or try to change my mind in the comments nor did i make this post to bash anyone who likes the ship since its an overall nice trope and they’re conanly together so i dont see why i’d bash anyone who likes this ship i simply made this post to see if anyone else agrees and to just share my opinion and simply yap on MY blog cause i can do that since its MYYYY blog (saying this for the sensitive people who will try to attack me)

jinx fic idea

i’m just OBSESSED with the concept of time travel fics or universe travel fics

and man do i wish i was a writer because i just thought of something but i cant write it myself cause unfortunately i have the vision not the talent 😔🙏🏻

I've been thinking a lot about this:

what if in season two jinx never died? (I personally think she's still alive) Maybe when Ekko used his time machine, and basically threw literal time at jayce and vik, it also accidentally zapped Jinx forward a year into the future. In the future she looks better (healthier), feels happier, and is even in a relationship with the reader, someone she hasn't met yet in her original timeline. At first, she’s confused and even repulsed by the idea that a future version of herself is in a relationship. She’s scared it won’t end well. But after staying in that timeline a month or two, she falls in love with both the reader and her peaceful new life. She finally lets herself love and be loved. Then one day, she wakes up back in her old timeline, She misses the reader, and feels like she’s grieving someone who isn’t even dead. All she does for the next half a year is wait for the reader, and wait for their paths to cross again. When they finally meet, jinx is completely in awe.

its probably a bit easier for ppl from other countries but where im from we're not allowed our phones at school and we cant call up anyone to go home unless one is severely sick which is INSANE to me like if i have a panic attack and i wanna call up my mom to come pick me up i should be able to

also does no one realize how INSANE the concept of school nowadays is? like if you were to explain kids being forcefully locked in a building for 8 hours straight with no escape doing a bunch of work AND THEN having to do EVEN MORE work at home to someone from like 1830 they'd be BAFFLED
