Binge and purge is getting addictive! Sometimes i just want to binge just so i can purge and see the scale go down. But mu trought is sore and i am so tired after i purge. Can you give me some tips on how to keep your energy high or normal? Cuz a have a toddler to take vare of to 😮‍💨

I just binged on pasta and purged! It felt great but at the same time horrible. That's how my ed started 10 years ago! I read somewhere that you have 30 min before the body takes it up is that true? Can i binge and then purge before 30 min and my body will not take up the cal?

Today I'm starting to count my cal. Cuz only fasting doesn't work for me i binge in the evening and gain all the weight back. I'm so sick of losing the same weight all over again 😒.
