Like fr I swear of Mordecai and Rigby were either human or humanoid they were be everywhere to this day! Like they would've been so many people (probably still is) first ship back in the 2010s if they were humanoid. I saw a funny short about couples and there different sleep patterns and y'all know what know what that means??

Joey can't sleep in total silence, either playing a video or he has music on low, he also has a "junk corner" on his bed that has his essential stuff (deck, phone, earphones, remote whatever else) but it has to be mostly or completely dark and door must be closed (preferably locked), also is a sleep talker and mover

Kaiba needs absolute quiet in order to fall asleep or he'll get in work mode and since all he needs is quite to sleep he will leave the lights on and computer (on mute) on cuz it's faster leaving them on in case he gets an idea and doesn't have to turn them off and on repeatedly. He leaves his door ajar or completely open (cuz he's a psycho), he stays completely still in whatever position he fell asleep in(on his back or either side) and bed must be neat

The compromise?

The door is shut but not locked, Joey puts most of his stuff on a nightstand, the lights are off, the computer plays a low hum on gray mode, the bed is (mostly) neat, and kaiba holds onto Joey to keep him from moving.

The cute part? Kaiba doesn't register Joey's sleep talking as "bothersome noise" so even if Joey is saying full sentences in his sleep kaiba won't wake up and Joey likes the light the computer gives off so he treats it like a nightlight

Both things are now needed elements to get them to fall asleep

Lion-o: bisexual. Lion-o always had a feeling he was bi but no guys one in thundera really stood out for him

Tygra: straight. Was bi curious for awhile before him and cheetara became official tho

Cheetara: pansexual. Has a preference for men

Panthro: gay. Him and grun had a thing together but y'know... The whole... Turning traitor and leaving him for dead thing

Pumrya: she's giving bi but had so much hate in her she just became the ultimate hater

It's pride!! Which means it's time, especially with how anti media literate people are nowadays for a flood of non thoughtout queer media takes. So I want to add my two cents in

One: the whole "their bond doesn't follow what love is normally defined" or whatever bs is (imo) extremely damaging when talking about queer media. Especially when said queer media comes from places like Japan where open gayness is still heavily looked down upon. And even when it's not, if you can see the gayness when talking about real people who "we're roommates" back in the 20s then you can see the gay in jayvik.

Two: the reason ships like megop(tf) or superbat(DC) aren't canon but have been either heavily implied (megop in tfp exodus and covanet of primus) or made canon in different ways (superbat with Apollo and midnighter) is because their fanbases are largely homophobic and wouldn't be able to handle their two main characters ending up together

Three: the whole "good vs bad LGBT rep" is very limiting, and the fact that the main positive point people use is "they queer but their not always queer and it's not in your face" always rubs me the wrong way, I want to understand the whole "it's a stereotype" but from where I stand(as a blk and gay person), when your apart of a marginalized group of people, after awhile everything you do will either play into or be seen as a stereotype, I say just flush the characters out(ofc there are exceptions but I would be here all day lmao)

Four: the reason yuri/wlw ships aren't popular is because the characters in them are either boring, poorly written or both. I can only stand "omg she's a girl but I'm a girl >_<" storys so many times, let the girls be messy I want more drama, let them be sexy, it's ok for the ladies to go pass making out and heavy hand petting, wholesome is fine but if the guys can get in on so can the ladies

Five: it's ok to like sex, smut isn't the end of the world and its ok for gay people to want sex. I understand that str8 people have only ever seen us a sexual beings so we had to over correct and become as family friendly as possible, but desexualizing ourselves isn't going to stop them from being assholes, so freak as you please this pride.

Six: asexual and aro people are valid and literally aren't the devil so leave them alone, I'm not ace in anyway(I don't think) so I can't speak for y'all to much but y'all got my support💪

Y'all I was thinking about something yugioh related last night and then it hit me

✨Pupship and Hirutani angst✨

For those who don't know who tf Hirutani is quick recap of him/the episode he appeared in.

Hirutani is/was a character in ygo 0. He was a gang leader and Joey was one of the gangs members. Sometime before the start of ygo0 Joey left the gang and Hirutani later in the show blackmails Joey into joining them again under threat of hurting Joey's friends. So Joey being the Joey agrees and pretends to hate yugi & co so they'll leave him and won't get hurt(It all gets fixed in the end tho)

Now that y'all got a basic rundown here's my idea.

Established pupship with the hirutani episode plot, hirutani comes back into Joey's life and threatens him to come back under the same threats(if ya wanna add a answer flavor of angst add the threat of mokuba being hurt) at first Joey just tries to lie about where he goes all day but kaiba's not stupid, he tries to get Kaiba to dump him, also doesn't work, so finally he tries to ghost kaiba but as we know thee seto kaiba is waaay to possessive, that and he can tell that something is wrong with his boyfriend and that he's acting odd(er)

And after (begrudgingly) teaming up yugi and co kaiba finds out what's really going on with joey and almost levels all of domino city looking for joey (and tristan almost got thrown out a window for trying to pull the best friend card). Fortunately they do get Joey back and they live happily ever after

Tho....Hirutani does disappear a few weeks later, strange

So I was thinking about thundercats (2011) right? Is it just me or does it feel like Lion-o is wrong cuz the story needs him to be wrong? Like lion-o was right that when he said they needed to retreat from the lizard army, but because the show needs him to learn something, he's wrong. But if it wasn't for panthro they all would've died

After lion-o went back into the past, he saw the bird people, he knew they existed, so why were they all confused that the book of omens was pointing up?

They tell lion-o to be a firmer leader, but also criticize him for being firm, they say act like a leader, but refuse to listen to him, even if lion-o's right.

They blamed him for the ambush but why? How was the ambush his fault? They don't agree with his ideals for being merciful and understanding of the other animals but at every turn we see why equality should've happened, the other animals turn on the cats at every turn, they actively refuse to help the cats because of how oppressive the cats have been. But they don't blame the system, they only blame lion-o.

Am I crazy?? Does anyone else see what I'm saying??

While dogs are known I think wolves are more obscure and mysterious, they're regal but not as snobby as the birds are. They live in a large collective of packs that are sectioned off by family (like cats) and have adaptive an alchemist lifestyle. (Think

Lion-o would meet Lupus while trying to make a good new expression with the other animals and have his (kinda) bi awakening(lion-o always thought guys were hot but he thought it was in a bro way until he met Lupus and realized it's in a "oh whiskers he's hot in a meow way")

Lupus(if ya want a visual aid think of Shiro from bna but with blue highlights) sees lion-o and is immediately interested but doesn't want to come off to strong and tries to play it cool to not freak lion-o out (unfortunately his playing it cool is about the same as lion-o's) and tygra HAAATES Lupus, after pumyra tygra has became more big brother protective of lion-o and already hates dogs so as far as he's considered Lupus is just a "less ugly and slightly smarter dog"

Personality wise lupus is similar to lion-o in the "there's more out there" aspect, he's also quite friendly and willing to cooperate with other animals. While generally calm lupus isn't a push over and will his strength known if he feels his boundaries are crossed and if his pack is in danger.

After some thundercats shenanigans and tygra sabotage attempts Lion-o and Lupus still manage to get together and keep it under wraps from most of the team(Willy twins know and are regularly bribed to keep their mouths shut) mostly cuz lion-o doesn't want to jinx this relationship and cause something bad to happen

I recently rewatched thundercats 2011 and once more; y'all are here for the ride

First off I loooove all the characters (lion-o is my favorite!) I loved how they dealt with the conflict between the cats and other animals, the characters are memorable and unique, and the plot solid

But that's enough of being normal, let's get into the real stuff. This is going to be all over the place so bare with me

Tygra made me soooo mad in the first half of the season cuz bro u wanna be king so bad? Have at it. The others too, why we're they so mean to lion-o? Yeah he can be a little bit of a hothead but they we're so unnecessary nasty. Like I swear ever other episode was like.

Thundercats: Lion-o stop replyong on the sword, follow your gut!

Lion-o: *follows his gut*Team thundercats: *shock*

Team thundercats: stop acting on your own, follow the book/sword

Lion-o: *listens to the book/sword*

I'm so surprised that this didn't become more of a plotpoint aside from the trials of lion-o episodes, cuz I would've just said fuck it and dipped and let them handle it

Why didn't they keep up lion-o's love for tech? Tbh I feel like they kinda forget to characterize lion-o in the last half of season 1 cuz tygra got his development and became less assholey (which I love btw) as the show went on but lion-o lost a lot of his more positive characteristics that weren't "super heroic". Like his curiosity and his love of tech, all fell to the waist side after tygra and cheetara got together. Like if first half lion-o saw that little robot fly cricket thing he would've went nuts.

Poor tygra btw! The emotional whiplash of finding your family, wanting to bond with your family, your dad pushing you away, thinking your dad hates you, realizing your dad sent you away cuz of spirits, seeing your dad turn into ones of those spirits, saving your dad, having your dad back for .3 seconds, losing him FOR REAL, then realizing you never had him would've destroyed me

I was so sad them it was revealed that pumyra was evil(and undead AND banging a dead dude, an OLD dead dude at that) 😭 Like I was so happy that lion-o finally had someone and then the show said sike! And yeeted my hopes into oblivion

And then the show gets cancelled!! And all hope of learning what happens next along with it.

I looked up the plot for season two and yeah, Safari Joe is definitely a bad guy™ name, can't get anymore evil then that😂

And as for lion-o having a friend! Am I offer Lupus, a wolf that was supposed to be in season two, also maybe not lupus, let's just say on the nose and name him lupin lol

2) Megatron is a gladiator, a poet, a politician, and a revolutionary.... Dudes a wattpad male love interest

3) jem and the holograms is a real band in their universe and skywrap is a fan(I could make a whole post about who's a fan which bands as I've also watched jem)

4) so hot rod/rodimus had an off and on with drift right? Well drift pulled the plug on their situationship and got together with ratchet right?? So then ratchet came to hot rod after hr became a prime and asked if he could officiate him and drift.... Hot rod said no

5) Megatron said something(s) about Optimus that were sooo NSFW that it made bludgeon: one of the most ruthless mercenaries in the universe so uncomfortable that he can't repeat it, probably sounds like 1800s smut

6) When Cyclonus thought tailgate was dead, his desire to see him again was so strong that a cyber moon's system repaired itself to embody his vision

7) Optimus prime canonically has nice lips

8) there's a cybertroin equivalent to every human drug. Yes Every. Single. Drug.

9) Starscream and thundercracker made a Starscream movie and soooo many things went wrong. Starting with thundercracker saying "omg a movie?? What a great idea"

10) pink tattoos on a cybertronian is considered a red flag cuz pink symbolizes blood and that means the person either dangerous or a killer

Ya know what's something not explored enough in puppeyshipping? How they would react to each others families, especially if they're in an established relationship.

Like Joey's dad is gambling alcoholic thats implied to be physically abusive, and your telling me that Seto Kaiba; a man who had someone fired for making a "weak" water bottle. First instinct isn't to be the first openly gay married CEO so he can make sure him and Joey are covered legally??? (Idk how marriage/next of kin laws work in Japan)

Ask for Joey's mom, I think Kaiba would definitely be the "I'm only being nice cuz he's being nice" boyfriend when it comes to her. He doesn't hate her on the same level as his dad, but he doesn't like her all that much either, but he's respectful for Joey's sake.

He loves serenity tho, she's the sister he never had.

And meanwhile Joey is pissed off by kaiba's family on kaiba's behalf. While kaiba has grown to feel indifferent to his bio family there is a part of him that feels happy and validated of having someone outside of himself and mokuba being upset at his bio family. And if they were together (or had feelings for each other) during the digital arc I KNOW Joey would be an onsite hater everytime he sees gorgonzola(ifykyk) especially during him and kaiba's dual. Also the big five getting hate too, you know that whenever they bring up kaiba backstabbing them the first thing out of Joey's mouth is "y'all got played by a middle schooler.. I think that's more of a you problem then a him(kaiba) problem, yknow??"

Tho I think Joey would feel bad for Noah, at least a little, being in the digital world gotta be lonely

The Odyssey inspired au where after Kaiba goes to ancient egypt to duel atem Joey is left in charge of kaiba corp and has to deal with all of Kaiba's business enemies coming around and trying to take over. And after a while Joey arranges a challenge where they have to use Kaiba's dueling tech, a digital reconstruction of his deck, summon the ultimate blue eyes white dragon and defeat Joey in a duel, and whoever does will gain control of kaiba corp.

They agree and think it's gonna be easy but they don't know Kaiba's strategies or understand his deck, and Joey's not going down without a fight. And after a good number of them are defeated the ringleader starts saying that they should capture Mokuba and use him to force Joey into giving up the company.

Of course Kaiba comes back just in time to overhear their plan and goes on the war path(bonus points if he gained awesome powers while he was away in ancient egypt)
