Been restricting pretty good this week, averaging around 800/900 cals a day.
Tryna stop my metabolism from getting fucked so I try to burn more calories rather than just eat less.

🌸How I did it🌸
In the last 5 months of 2020, I managed to lose 20kg/44pounds by:
💧Working out 3x daily (Morning gym, Mid day walk, 40min home workout)
🐻 Restricting
💧Fasting for minimum of 24hrs and a maximum of 65hrs
🐻 Saying no to fizzy drinks (unless its energy drink during a 65hr so I don’t faint), lollies, cakes ect
💧Taking pictures of my naked body every morning to remind me of my progress
🐻 GREEN MOTHER FUCKING TEA
💧Looking at thinspo almost 24/7 to remind me that its worth it
🐻LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER
