Juicing Update
Well, I am still working at it, but it's a challenge. Be sure you drink enough juice and water! The other thing I learned is make sure you like the recipe or your desire drops severely. Still in the game....

Day 1 Reflections on a Juice Fast
Wow, this is a journey folks! Day 1 went okay as far as making and drinking the juice. But I got hungry and fell into some bad habits. I won't detail everything I ate, but it included crackers, cheese, an egg and baked beans. Don't ask! Anyhow I just want to get healthier and lose weight. One day at a time! I paid for it because I gained a pound this morning, but we will see what tomorrow's weigh in brings. I did dust off my gym ID and returned there. It's like returning to AA after an all nighter at the bar! Walk of shame to say the least.....Just sticking to my plan and will report my progress as I go. I did learn that I do not like ginger and celery taste cannot be masked by more fruit!
