MyAnna is a whole masterclass of utilizing subtle expressions in acting. And Tissaia's facial expressions are usually so schooled. But in the scene of Cahir's execution the little smile she gives is so clear and obvious. Yennefer can't even see her because she's running for her life but the deal is that Tissaia can't hide her pride and her joy that Yennefer's still her own woman and listens to no threats.
I agree completely.
The smile is reminiscent of the smile she gave Yennefer when she shoved those eels into the pool.
Pride.
