So I'm dog sitting and getting their food and stuff and they get like fancy wet food. I swear to god it looks exactly like what you'd put in a chicken pot pie. I don't talk about it like, at all, but I actually have a big fear of the afterlife, going to hell and whatnot. And whenever I seek out responses to this, the answer is always, "Well, heaven and hell aren't the only places to go!! Reincarnation is a thing!!"

REINCARNATION IS SO MUCH WORSE.

If I go to hell, I'm still myself. I have memories of those I love, hobbies, joys, and passions. I wouldn't want to exist in a world without those things. Yeah, those things won't be accessible to me in hell, but they're still within my memories. They're mine.

Reincarnation is like, "What if you had all of the uncertainty of whether you get a good or bad outcome, AND you also forgot everyone and everything you've ever loved, and you're a completely unrecognizable person who gets to fuck up all over again???" fuck off and die thank you
