hello to my two followers, I promise I've thought of you everyday since my last post... (o´〰`o)♡✲ﾟ｡ and now I have returned! at the end... of spring break....

in my only defense, my life seems to be an never ending turmoil that does not seem to bore with throwing my desire for peace straight out the window. I'll be honest, this week I didn't even feel up to posting despite having planned for it but my self-created responsibility calls to me. On the other hand, speaking into the void might help the gnawing pit of anxiety in my stomach. How do you correct things that have gone so wrong? forgive people that haven't been brought forward for their actions yet? Perhaps that's a bit too dark for this junk journal, I don't even know how to feel myself ┬┴┬┴┤(･_ ├┬┴┬┴

Anyways! the gloomy weather here on the coast has finally cleared! beckon forth the oncoming wave of tourists for the next few months ╰(°ㅂ°)╯ I'll miss it regardless when I travel overseas this summer, can't believe we're already reaching the end of the academic year it feels as if it's barely started. Hopefully everyone out there is enjoying their breaks back at home or with loved ones ꉂ (´∀｀)ʱªʱªʱª I know I've been enjoying mine with my beast of a puppy.

day 03..... 2/17/25

hello.. everyone... (ーー;)

I can admit my faults, this among many are pretty embarrassing to confess. There had been some personal issues at hand that has really eaten up my time lately and I apologize deeply for lack of any update. moving forward this may have to be a weekly blog rather than a daily one but we'll see! time is definitely of the essence right now.

in other news.. I started college! spring semester at least. things had been super jam packed and unfortunately I actually had to drop a class just to keep up with the work load both as a student and employee (my pitiful sacrifice for my minimum wage.. α ～ (´｀d ))

things seemed bleak but honestly nowadays it doesn't seem so bad, I'm even looking forward to the semester and picking up the gym (・ω・｀)……….. a girl's got to feel cute you know? especially when getting free entry to a film festival and have the absolute privilege of witnessing the adrien brody and guy pearce !! they're both just as eloquent and dreamy in person as they are in film (I thought I was going to pass out from excitement (○´ ― `)ゞ ) it was also quite nice seeing my professor on stage! he's pictured above in the funky glasses.

happy valentines to those who celebrated ╰(⸝⸝⸝´꒳`⸝⸝⸝)╯ what a great day to love and be loved. I was surprised with a beautiful bouquet and box of chocolates and got to try out my new lip gloss on my lovely boyfriend (rare cameo from him on this blog)

with winter still lingering in california, I hope everyone is staying warm and dry. hopefully I'll update again soon if time allows it.

day 2 1/15-1/16/25

already missed a day! embarrassing.... ٩(๑ `н´๑)۶ in my defense i wasn't fully sure this would be a daily thing but i'll definitely try my best (●´□`)♡

more pictures were definitely taken this time! while i own a sony camera i drag absolutely everywhere, i'm always running around without time to get any reallyyyy nice pictures. enjoy my colorful bedroom as compensation <:0)

i shouldn't be surprised my free time is slowly dwindling with going back to work and the semester just looming among the horizon. i'm apart of a couple programs considering a very big lack of... money.. and orientation was super fun for what it was worth (even if i forgot to rsvp for a free lunch ヽ( ｀0´)ﾉ)

the word free just immediately makes those neurons light up in my brain. it's so easy to forget the sillier things in life, always enjoy free sticky notes !! and a backpack you won't use !!

lots of good food these past couple of days besides my deserved sandwich i missed out on, i don't know if its the same all across the country but the chinese food in my town is simply the pinnacle of a happy life though that's not to say the classic diet coke and chicken cesar salad don't stand in the same category. at my very grown age i can stand by fellow yerba mate lovers, eighteen years wasted hating on a very good drink (ノдヽ)

the public transit is very reliable here though it's a little spooky in the evening once the majority of college students and workers are already long gone, leaving the plastic seats empty and the dim lighting makes them seem haunted, not as haunted as the three story bank i was working in, all those empty floors leave me so uneasy with the lack of activity at those hours. hopefully ghosts are friendly d(ﾟｰﾟ@)

day 01 1/14/25

first entries always seem so intimidating, the woeful shame if the commitment falls through ┐(´•_•`)┌ we're all just yelling into the same void at the end of the day though so i guess any self conscious is quite literally only self made.

today wasn't all the interesting, i wish i would've taken more pictures though, hopefully that's a habit i can build while on this platform. as a broke college student nearing the end of their beloved winter break i was mostly just scouring through emails and finishing applications for scholarships. my reward is pictured above with a slightly spoiled cheese platter, the pinnacle of luxury, i know.

i have a part time job! despite my lack of competence i'd like to think i'm fitting well enough among the other broke college girls in the organization, it's funny how little things remind me of my friendly work place with the fact our gloves used for random gross tasks are all pink. i can't imagine the pink tax we paid off on that ┬┬ノ(ಠ_ಠノ)
