It hasn't even been a year since I was told I have orthostatic intolerance or that I have some type of dysautonomia. It has also only been 2 months since I stopped taking bisoprolol. I still don't understand this. I don't even know what to do. There's days where I even doubt if I have a condition bc it just doesn't make sense to me. I feel like I'm not that bad compared to others. At the same time I can't believe people wake up not feeling tired or that they can stand under the sun without feeling their chest getting heavier and heavier (if that's a thing). I only yearn to get better

dysautonomia??
Hi tumblr people with dysautonomia. I was just diagnosed (i mean, i was told my autonomic nervous system doesn't work that well) and I'm starting treatment with bisoprolol. The only thing I got from my tilt test that was I didn't classify for POTs. Can a diagnosis just be "dysautonomia"? idk i'm still trying to figure things out, but I would appreciate any tips
