it's really interesting how kyle, someone who is largely viewed as the most lighthearted and in a way the most pacifistic out of the four corpsmen, is also the green lantern with the most violent and hard-edged reputation out of all of them. like here's a guy that conjured up an electric chair to torture his girlfriend's murderer AND he's considered to be nice and awkward and mostly unproblematic by the vast majority of the cape community. he's got layers to him.
